We each have over seven years of administrative experience and our backgrounds are in finance (including banking and funding). Jack is the more 'tech-literate' of the two of us; he has created intricate PowerBI dashboards for high-profile government funds and can confidently create bespoke databases and dashboards for business owners. Eimear is a Fine Art graduate and has a ‘creative eye’ when it comes to branding, website design and creating marketing templates. Branding is something she took an interest in when preparing for her degree show and wanted a professional look that was consistent across her website, business cards and artwork. We couldn't exclude Spud from our 2024 highlights 🐶 Spud joined the team in January and life hasn't been the same since!

He has been a fab addition, although his contributions are sometimes questionable (e.g., snoring throughout meetings 👀 ). He always makes our clients feel welcome, and is our wellbeing champion (daily walks and naps are encouraged).

One of our 2024 highlights was the bespoke CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool built for Clowne Enterprise.

This scaleable solution allows Clowne Enterprise's business coaches to securely log and view details about their events, clients, and clients' businesses. It allows them to record and analyse their data more easily, and report to funders.

Santa has been running a global operation from the North Pole since the third century when the List was first recorded on parchment with ink. In the 1880s, record-keeping was typed with a typewriter, and this progressed to Excel in the 1980s.

With the masses of record-keeping required, Santa recognised that he needed a scaleable solution to record names of all the naughty and nice children across the world.

Saint Nick uses Microsoft Dataverse which can handle millions of rows of data but also has offline capabilities. That means if he loses connectivity on his sleigh, his database will still function.

Some late evening data entry from last night. All hands on deck to get our client’s custom CMS (contact management system) just right 💫 Whilst Jack was able to export most of the data automatically, some sections required manual entry.
