Big Jeff’s imitable presence at a show is often the difference between a room feeling half empty or half full, and his support and love for music is second to none. He knows the value of grassroots venues as well as anyone.

Sadly many venues around the UK are really feeling the pinch as they burden many of the rises in costs without passing them on to us as concert goers.

Last year was the worst year on record for grassroots venues with 125 closing, or no longer hosting live music.

So it’s more important than ever to get down to shows during and through the rest of the year - buy their drinks if you can - and keep our churches alive.

Sending love to our spiritual home .bristol - we’re very excited to return there in May for our first showcase in years - with headlining!!
