💡 1. Notice It: Pay attention to what your inner critic is saying. Awareness is the first step.
💬 2. Name It: Acknowledge it by saying, “This is my inner critic talking.”
🙏 3. Thank It: Believe it or not, it’s trying to protect you from failure or rejection thank it, then move on.
❓ 4. Challenge It: Ask, “Is this actually true?” Most of the time, it isn’t.

Balancing between your mind and heart is a skill that takes time to develop. Here are some tips to help you find that harmony:

1. Listen to Both Logic and Emotion
- Before making decisions, give space for both your mind and heart. Write down the logical pros and cons and then reflect on how each option *feels*.

2. Practice Mindfulness
- Take a few moments each day to center yourself. Meditation, deep breathing, or even a quiet walk can help you stay grounded and in tune with both your thoughts and feelings.

3. Ask Reflective Questions
- When facing a choice, ask yourself: “What does my mind say? What does my heart feel? How can I honor both?” Sometimes the answers are right in front of us if we ask the right questions.

4. Trust Your Intuition
- Sometimes the best choice doesn’t always "make sense" on paper. Learn to trust your inner voice it often knows what’s best for you.

5. Set Boundaries with Overthinking
- The mind loves to overanalyze, but balance comes when we allow feelings to guide us too. Set a limit for how much you’ll analyze a situation before letting your heart chime in.
6. Practice Self-Compassion
