To cap off a wonderful end to our contesting season AND a wonderful weekend of banding we’re delighted to have been placed 2nd OVERALL in todays contest, 1st OVERALL in the March and to win BEST BASS section.

We held our own today against a line up of strong 1st and 2nd section bands and want to thank every member of our band for their hard work over the last few months. A special THANK YOU to Gary Davies for coming in with a vision and lead us on this journey.

Forest of Dean Brass on the GBBA contest stage this afternoon. There are three Forest of Dean bands taking part plus bands from Bristol, Oxford, Glastonbury, Wantage and no less than four from South Wales.
