We are a Gloucestershire based charity and we transform young lives through music. It is situated on the Forest High School Complex in Cinderford.

Emily Kirkwood and her friend Laurie (Instagram - @Lauriecousins_art) Used a The Drop (Saturday session at Soundspace) to record a quick video of Emily covering Yungblud's Kill Somebody with Robin and Jesse. While Laurie doesn't attend these sessions in a musical sense, it was great to have another creative artist in the studio. Check out his filming skills in this video. With some more planning we hope to be able to share more content from our young people here soon! Please share :)

This young chap started coming to SoundSpace recently and wasn't a drummer. He is now able to play along with musicians! He would love someone to jam with, if you're in secondary school and want to come along on a Monday between 3:30 - 5 PM please feel free to just turn up! We have all the kit you could need to start playing!

Emily would love some more people to jam with, think you'd be up for it? 11:00AM - 12:30PM at SoundSpace in Cinderford! 10-18 year olds have the opportunity to develop/learn how to become performers in their chosen genre of music. Adult Music Group - SoundSpace

A snippet of audio from Spiral Planet, a band who formed at SoundSpace during the Adult Music Group sessions (and they want a drummer by the way) We have rooms available with P.A, drum kits, guitars, amps and much more!

Sweet singing from this super talented group here at the Monday Adult session at SoundSpace! These sessions have witnessed an array of genres so far, complete freedom in music choice. Please contact Mark Bick on 01594836418 or email [email protected] 11am-1pm every Monday.

Our studio technician recently fixed this Laney Head and replaced some broken speakers in the cab, free for anyone to use during rehearsals, clubs or any other session.

SoundSpace offers 4 practice rooms for bands, singers, solo artists of any age, and also houses a recording studio.

It is situated on the Forest High School Complex in Cinderford and run by The Music Works. We offer a variety of sessions for a wide range of age groups and abilities. We have an Adult group, after school club, musiclusive (session for people with additional needs), guitar and drum lessons, Audiobase, one on one sessions (contact to find out more) and many other creative opportunities.
