CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 48 hours notice to cancel your booking free of charge. Within 48 hours notice we will require 50% of your booking fee
Within 24 hours we will require 100% of your fee. No further bookings will be made or accepted until you have paid for any outstanding cancellations. USE OF OWN EQUIPMENT
Anyone using their own equipment does so at their own risk. We ask that your equ

ipment is PAT tested and checked over before using, please do not bring equipment into the studio that you know to be faulty, Blackwater studio’s accepts no liability for any equipment used on the property that doesn’t solely belong to the studio. We do ask that you inform the studio of your intention to use your own equipment before your practice. PERMANENT SLOTS
We can offer a set weekly slot at a reduced rate, these will need to be paid for monthly in advance and no refunds will be given for any dates you choose not to do. DISCOUNTED WEEKENDS
We offer a 3 hour slot for the reduced rate of £20 every Saturday and Sunday. FREE WIFI IS AVAILABLE TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS, WE ALSO PROVIDE BOTTLED WATER FREE OF CHARGE.
