For the second part of our series, we joined Swindon-based band Polar Front in the studio during the making of their new single "Eye to Eye". We discussed their writing process, their Californian dreams and how the is helping them to find their sound.

“It's an amazing feeling when you lock in a sound. It’s like, ‘That’s the sound we were missing from the track! This is it. Let’s sit down and forget everything else for now. Because if we can lock in this sound in to the melody and decide this is where we’re going, the rest will come.’”

Incredibly proud to share that Polar Front are the next to be featured in ROLI 's "On The RISE" series - the band use the Seaboard and it is an incredible piece of kit, truly revolutionary. The featured track, 'Eye To Eye', was produced by myself at Ladder Factory studios and will be available to download very soon. Have a look and stay tuned for the full video later this week!
