We’re seeking a Community & Member Executive to help us grow our space in Chelmsford, located in the historic Grays Brewery in the heart of town 🚀.

Your responsibilities:

👉 Develop strategies to integrate members into the Patch community and enhance their daily experience.
👉 Organise events and cultural programming to foster networking, professional development, and community engagement.
👉 Build relationships with local leaders and groups to connect Patch with the wider Chelmsford community.
👉 Collaborate with the Site Director to ensure seamless operations and optimise member satisfaction.
👉 Lead tours, engage prospects, and grow our membership base while supporting local engagement.

What a year at Patch! 🎉

As 2024 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on an incredible 12 months filled with so many special moments. Here are just a few highlights from across our spaces:

📍 Twickenham
Twickenham was alive with energy this year as we explored exciting new partnerships, including welcoming dozens of tiny new Patch members through The Mum Club Richmond 👶.

📍 Bournemouth
We opened our doors in Bournemouth and were blown away by the energy of this South Coast community. Our launch party brought together 300+ entrepreneurs and creatives, and our members' lunches have been thriving with over 50 attendees each time 💪.

📍 High Wycombe
We had the honour of welcoming the mayor - an amazing supporter of our mission - and hosted a fantastic Christmas Market featuring stalls, workshops, live music, and even donkeys 🫏.

📍 Chelmsford
We partnered with La Leche League to support local families and refreshed our Pop-Up Market, spotlighting inspiring initiatives like Washclub CIC, which creates opportunities for young adults with learning difficulties.

📍 York
We announced our first home in the North at the iconic Bonding Warehouse. We can’t wait to welcome the York community from January 6th, 2025.

Thank you to the wonderful Patch community for all your support this year. We're excited to build on this in 2025 making 2024 unforgettable. We can’t wait to grow, connect, and create with you in 2025!

A space for everyone, big and small! 👶👧👦

Last month, Patch Market in Twickenham was hit by a cuteness overload at 's Halloween Brunch Club.

🎃 From mini pumpkins and baby Yodas to a fun photoshoot competition and soft play for the little ones, it was a day packed with family fun. Huge thanks to for bringing the playtime magic.

A big shoutout to Ariel and Cassie for organising such a fantastic event - it’s so special to see our space filled with families and all ages of the community coming together!

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and made our Patch Christmas Markets in and such a success. ✨

From market stalls and mulled wine to festive crafts and creative workshops for the kids, it was amazing to see so much support for our makers, communities, and suppliers, all while getting into the festive spirit. It’s been a true celebration of all things , Patch style! 🎄

Last week, it was great to see Ambitious Women in Essex joining forces with Black and Being Essex (B.A.B.E.) for a special collaboration event at Patch in Chelmsford to kick off the new year. It focused on championing black, female and non-binary-owned businesses and highlighting the wonderful growing community that is B.A.B.E - a space set up to provide resources and connect black women living in Essex. Thank you to Tanya & Preen from B.A.B.E and Bry & Eve from Ambitious Women in Essex (pictured) for hosting such a wonderful event at Patch! As we wrap up for 2023, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on a handful of highlights from the year. It's been tricky limiting these to just those you see, with so many big changes, new faces, exciting partnerships, and happy memories made. None of this would have been possible without all of you, our brilliant community! It's been fantastic having all of you along for the journey and we hope you'll stay with us to see what 2024 has in store. 🍾 We opened two new sites in #HighWycombe and #Twickenham. 👯‍♂️ We were blown away by how many of you came to support us on our opening night at each space. ⭐️ We had the pleasure of getting to know hundreds of new members. 📈 Our members connected, created and collaborated, including Liza and Irina in Chelmsford who have gone on to set up their own sustainable fashion brand, @vaulturban (go and check it out). 🕺 The Patch team doubled in size, going from a team of seven to a team of 14. Expect to see even more new faces in 2024! 🎊 We unveiled the new Patch brand with the help of some exceptional partners, @alihansonstudio, @openingline__, @linnfritz and Naresh Ramchandani. 🥙 We welcomed cafes in Wycombe and Twickenham called @cafearora and @djangosspecialtycoffeehouse, founded by locals Chris and Sheetal. 🍻 We brewed a 'Patch Beer' in partnership with our neighbours in Twickenham, @brewerymarket and @middlechildbrewing. 🎙️ We opened a podcast studio with hundreds of fantastic stories shared by our members and local community 🎄We hosted over 400 events, including Christmas Markets, networking, cinema clubs, spoken word events and more.
