We are now taking bookings for our Prospero Spring Ball!

Again this will be at the wonderful Coulsdon Manor Hotel, with many of the brilliant entertainers from past events, plus the amazingly talented band Infinite Crisis.

We had a waiting list last year so please do book as soon as you can. As always it is fine to pay in instalments if that helps.

Saturday 10th May 1pm and 7pm.

On April 26th from 11am-1pm we are holding a Sponsored Walk around the green, just outside the Arc.

Everyone who takes part will get soup and a roll afterwards, provided by the Arc. You can either be sponsored:
– Per lap
– Per 15 minutes of walking
– For the total amount

What you can do to help:
1 - Take part – do the walk with us and be sponsored. We hope that as many people as possible will sign up, and spend as much time as they can getting sponsors.

2 - Volunteer on the day. If you don’t want to walk but would like to greet people and support in the Arc as people start and finish, we would appreciate the help.

3 - Sponsor our walkers

4 - Spread the word. Please share on your socials and tell your friends.

Table Top and Cake Sale – Saturday April 12th 10am-1pm at the Arc

On Saturday 12th April we are combining a tabletop sale, ( like a mini car boot sale) which will be held all the way down the gallery with an Easter Cake Sale and tables of Easter Art and Biscuit Making.

What you can do to help:
1 – Run a ‘stall’ - if you would like to man a table please email me on [email protected]
2 - Bring cakes or clothes/objects you think would sell in the tabletop sale. Please bring cakes in either in the morning or the day before, objects we can take any time from now.
3 - Come on the day and bring lots of people!
4 - Spread the word – please do share on your socials and to all your friends.
