*** Hot off the hook ***

I took inspiration from a pattern in a magazine supplement thanks to Simply Crochet. The garment was an open poncho, ideal for an extra layer under your coat.

As much as I thought this was stunning, I knew it would likely cause me to itch as the yarn was a mix of wool, alpaca and mohair!

I made the squares as directed and then designed the side panels and necklines, creating a 'vest'.

I'm really pleased with how this has turned out!
