Annog, cefnogi ac ysbrydoli gwna Llinos, boed hynny drwy gynnal Clwb Creu bob nos Fawrth, prosiectau ysgolion creadigol arweiniol, trefnu diwrnodau gyrfaoedd i ysgolion uwchradd - a thrwy hynny ennill Hyrwyddwr Gorau'r Gymraeg yn y Gweithle yn Ngwobrau Gyrfa Cymru eleni 🥳- neu bontio rhwng myfyrwyr Prifysgol Cymru Y Drindod Dewi Sant a chyfleon byd gwaith, gan greu llwybrau ac ysbrydoli’r genhedlaeth nesaf o dalent.
Mae Llinos yn angerddol am gefnogi datblygiad creadigol, ac yn chwilio’n barhaus am ffyrdd newydd o sicrhau bod pawb, beth bynnag eu cefndir, abledd corfforol neu ethnigrwydd yn cael cyfle i gymryd rhan a bod yn greadigol. Yn greiddiol i’w gwaith mae’i chred gadarn bod y Gymraeg yn perthyn i bawb, gan greu gofodau cynhwysol, croesawgar a chreadigol i bawb. Bu'r prosiect diweddar Bod yn Gymraeg gyda LocalMotion Carmarthen, Dr.M'z, Menter Gorllewin Sir Gar myfyrwyr y Gymdeithas Gymraeg ac artistiaid lleol yn dyst i hynny.
Yn ei hamser hamdden mae'n dysgu pobl ifanc i gystadlu yn Eisteddfod yr Urdd a Ffermwyr Ifanc ac yn gwylio pob pennod o Rownd a Rownd a Phobl y Cwm. Mae hi wedi ei chyffroi yn lan am drip myfyrwyr B.A Dylunio Set a Chynhyrchu, B.A Actio a B.A Gwneud Ffilmiau Antur i stiwdio'r BBC ac i set Pobol y Cwm mis nesa!! 🌟

Encourage, support and inspire is what Llinos does, whether by hosting the Creative Clubs every Tuesday night, leading creative school projects, organizing careers days for secondary schools - did we mention winning Best Promoter of Welsh in the Workplace at this year's Career Awards Wales? 🥳 - or bridging between University of Wales Trinity Saint David students and opportunities in the world of work, creating pathways and inspiring the next generation of talent.
Llinos is passionate about supporting creative development, and is constantly looking for new ways to ensure that everyone, whatever their background, physical ability or ethnicity, has the opportunity to participate and be creative. At the core of her work is her firm belief that the Welsh language belongs to everyone, creating inclusive, welcoming and creative spaces for everyone. The recent Bod yn Gymraeg project with LocalMotion Carmarthen, Dr. M'z, Menter Gorllewin Sir Gâr and local artists witnessed that.
In her spare time she teaches young people to compete in the Urdd and Young Farmers Eisteddfod and watches every episode of Rownd a Rownd and Pobl y Cwm. She is incredibly excited about taking B.A Set Design and Production, B.A Acting and B.A Adventure Filmmaking students to BBC Roath Lock Studios and to the Pobol y Cwm set next month!!🌟
