For Wreck's second double header of the year we bring you Famous Monsters - The UK's no.1 Misfits Tribute! These guys played an astonishing show in Carlisle back in 2018 and we can’t wait to have them back for a smashing set in tribute to the kings of Horror! 👻

Second up, Cumbria’s very own Tribute to Mötorhead - Motörbeard! These guys have been making heads turn since their inception and have firmly solidified themselves as The North’s premier tribute to the kings of Rock’n’Roll! NOT TO BE MISSED. 🙏

Few changes… With the extra expenditure on the books, rehearsal rooms are now on a tiered system based on floor space and my hourly rate has now gone up to £30 but don’t fret, my half and day rates will stay the same as a goodwill for bulk bookings ✌️

- Löser bringing us a night of Motörhead classics and more!
- Before The Gods
- Someone Else's Radio

Löser is comprised of Daz on lead bass and grumbly vocals, Dave Wood on ripping lead guiter, Mitch Davidson on drums and premiering on the 9th new ryhthm guitarist Ben Stedman AND - if you're lucky and fill the venue for us - The Source's own Poppy Rowan as guest vocalist! ⚡️

All funds raised from door entry fees and donations collected will go towards renovating the studio with a complete overhaul, sound proofing and recording capabilities which numerous local bands use to rehearse and record at! 🙏

Day 4 of control room renovations!

Extra layer of walls added, gaps filled and repaint, trimmed the Console desk, refitted the windows, xlr/data cable runs above and over to the isolation booth and I’ve decided to flip the room around lengthways…

Now to focus on acoustic treatment 🤌

Wreck Promotions proudly presents a Wreck Studio Services fundraiser event at The Brickyard on the 21st March! ✊

Featuring some of the best local talents:

Our goal is to fund upgrades and renovations to improve our recording studio and as an independent creative hub it only makes sense to do what we do best and put a show on! 😋

We’re currently in the process of recording and mixing tracks for all of the bands on the bill, meaning it was only fitting that we ask these 4 acts to come and play the show to help fund the work we’re looking to carry out at the studio!

All 4 sets will be recorded with the aim to release a two track live single for each band and these will be released in the near future, so come on down and be part of history! 🙏

In case you missed it! Wreck Studio Services will be putting on a fundraiser show on the 21st March! 🙏

With the aim of keeping our prices affordable, this can sometimes make life tricky with renovating and upgrading equipment. Over the next few months we’re hoping to invest in more soundproofing, total redecoration and improvement of acoustics of both live rooms, the control room and booth!

As a thanks to each band on the bill, all 4 sets will be recorded and mixed to release a two track live single each and these will be released in the near future, so come on down and be part of history! 🔥
