After 41 years I’ve worked hard at my craft, used every bit of kit for the mix and moved with the times, love the guys that do an hour or two set, but I used to do 5 or 6 hour sets in large clubs, the largest in this city, for over 25 years..from vinyl to digital, from Garrard SP25s, Technics 1200 (still own Pagoda one) and the original Citronic Mixer, Denon Rack Mount CD Players even Mini Disk players. Last 3 years my trusty XDJXZ and my Mixstream Pro. I’ve learned how to Produce and Remix with Logic Pro and 2500 follow me on YouTube and I’m nearly at 70k minutes on Mixcloud, should I be proud of myself. Loving production of a mix with DJ.Studio at the minute for my CRFM Carlisle . The Community Radio Station for the City! Shows. Onward and upwards.
Remember it’s not what you use to get the music to your ears and dancing feet, it’s the Music that matters. Discoholic in the House along with my fellow DJ Samantha Dixon.
