Our first Theatre Workshop! 🎭🙌🏻

Acting for Stage Workshop with ’s Dan Jones!

A full day workshop in the room with the brilliant Dan Jones working on duologues and monologues for stage.

The workshop will see actors paired up and to choose a scene in advance to bring along, where Dan will spend some time working with each pair on their scene and bringing it to life.

The second half of the workshop will then focus on monologues, which again actors will bring with them.
These monologues will be filmed, and can be sent back to you for no extra fee 🎥

Casting Workshop with Casting Director/Associate Gordon Cowell

Get the chance to work with the brilliant Gordon Cowell in a 3 hour workshop which will focus on self taping for auditions, a talk on Spotlight/Showreels, and a Q&A to finish.

Gordon has been involved in casting some of the biggest things on stage and screen including House of the Dragon, House of Gucci, Inside Man, and My Fair Lady at the London Coliseum.

The workshop will see actors sent a scene a few days before to learn and then work on with Gordon in the room on the day.
The idea is to give you as real a self tape scenario as possible, with Gordon offering advice and direction to each actor.

All takes from the workshop can be sent to the actors for no extra cost.

About Ryan:

Ryan is a BBC Broadcast and BAFTA (Wales) nominated filmmaker and Director. After completing his MA at the Int. Film School, Wales, Ryan was selected for the prestigious Skillset "New Entrants" scheme, which saw him work on numerous TV and film productions.

Since then he has gone on to direct the likes of Simon Russell Beale in “Ambition”, and the very talented cast of Iwan Rheon, Annes Elwy, Michael Smiley, and Paul Kaye in “The Toll”.

Ryan’s most recent film “Lady Bigfoot” was shown on the BBC.

We are very excited to have him join us for this workshop, and for him to help advise you on some acting for screen skills and techniques 🎬🙌🏻
