We are hiring . Welsh Telecom are currently looking for an office administration assistant after recently securing long term work.
Duties will include:
-Invoicing
-Payroll
-Client and supplier liaison
-Purchase order Requests
-Stock management
-Field engineer support
-Document preparation
-Vehicle fleet management
Experience with Xero, Excel, Word, Publisher and Smartsheets would be desirable but not essential.
The role will be mainly office based and there will be opportunity to work from home to suit.
