Our fully integrated campaign highlights the importance of using NHS 111 Wales for expert healthcare advice. Because asking a friend, family member, or even a beloved pet probably isn’t the best idea.
As the Welsh Ambulance Service and Emergency Departments have fallen under increased pressure, it’s important that we all think carefully about how we access healthcare services, to protect ourselves and our NHS.
