Our property management team was formed in 2015 in response to frustrated owners and investors who were subjected to poor quality service, lack of information, and the imposition of rapidly increasing service charges by their current property management companies.
Our philosophy is to provide a unique personal and professional service, whether it is a commercial or residential property or site, with completely transparent charges whilst ensuring costs are kept to an absolute minimum without compromising our integrity or quality of our service.
Prior to taking on a property or development, we undertake a full assessment and provide you with a detailed breakdown of contracts currently in place, recommended changes and areas for improvement or money saving ideas and exercises, and most importantly we will provide you with advice and guidance to ensure that your property or development complies with health and safety laws and fire regulatory requirements. Should any work be required, our preference is to use local contractors from our approved database of accredited and insured providers and we will always keep you fully informed of progress and issues affecting your property.
Our people and staff are the key to us providing an excellent service – we always keep this in mind. Our aim is to build on positive relationships with our customers and listen to their needs, making their journey in finding their new property a seamless and straight forward process.
