Our smaller size is our superpower.
We admit, larger agencies can have merits, but smaller agencies... 🔥
Smaller agencies are nimble enough to adapt to client needs. They’re agile when it comes to offering a more personalised approach to proceedings.
There’s no room for benchwarmers in a compact agency: every player counts when it comes to providing consistent expertise for brands valuing alignment with their vision.

How to do Christmas, the KUCO way:
Only allow top quality drinks to be served. Boxing Day hangovers are all the better for having sipped on some British sparkling wine (or tequila!)

“An incredible few days at the Ibiza Super Summit.
With immense gratitude to for coming up with the idea of bringing together 100 agency leaders in Ibiza ❤️🔥
We shared stories, discussed challenges, forged new partnerships and created opportunities… then we jumped in the ocean and watched the sun rise.
Hello to my new connections! 👋🏻 Please, keep in touch and see you next year on the White Island.“

One thing we all have in common, we love to eat. Here are the KUCO team's top spots from August:
1. 20 Berkeley: "It feels like stepping into a sexy living room; fun, attentive service, but not overbearing. It's still a strangely well-kept secret, almost like a private members club. I always feel so comfortable there." - Katie
2. Fika: "I visited Stamford for the first time recently and was so happy to find such a great indie brunch spot on the High Street. They serve classic brunch dishes with a bit of a different edge to them. I’m looking forward to going back to try the Peach Melba Yoghurt bowl." - Grace
3. The Plough Coton: "I have been meaning to visit for a long time, and it certainly did not disappoint. The service was exceptional! Some of the best I've experienced in a long time paired with delicious food that goes beyond the basics. It's a delightful dining experience you shouldn't miss." - Hattie
4. Fancett’s: "I've been to Fancett's a few times, most recently for a birthday celebration. When it comes to the finest of Cambridge, I'll always go back to the same spot, which is Fancett's. Classy, cosy and consistent *chef's kiss*" - Adrienn
5. Pho: "When it comes to consistency and generous portions, Pho holds the key! Always satisfying, especially for hungry souls like myself. It's the go-to place for a hearty meal." - Maria
6 & 7. Restaurant Pine: "I've been following head chef and his wife Sian for years, and I was over the moon to finally visit. Every detail was exquisite, and it’s no surprise that it was chosen as ’s restaurant of the year." - Sian

Congratulations to our Flat Iron friends for launching in Cambridge today.

Threads: an in-house job?
For the last 6 days, Threads have been the talk of KUCO HQ.
How can we maximize the initial high levels of engagement on Threads for our hospitality clients?
Is throwing another marketing platform into the mix going to push businesses over the edge?
Will social media managers suffer from overwhelm?
My initial thoughts are that Threads should be managed in-house to capture the tone of voice, off-beat messaging, or disruptive tone of a business owner or brand. What do you think? Can an agency manage Threads for a small business?
Would you want to outsource your innermost thoughts?
Do you just want someone to solve the problem and never touch it again?
Most importantly, do you actually have a personality to share on threads? I'm sorry to tell you that a social media manager cant create one for you.
My biggest question is: Who dares put a price on a Threads strategy in July 2023?

It’s official! Flat Iron is coming to Cambridge this July.
Opening on Market Street, the Flat Iron team will continue to honour the brand’s single-minded commitment to serving remarkable steak at affordable prices.
Speaking of the opening, Flat Iron’s Head of Beef, Fred Smith says “Our passion has always been to source and serve the highest quality beef possible. Through our focus on secondary cuts, we’re able to make great steak available to everyone. We can’t wait to do this in Cambridge and welcome new guests to the Flat Iron family.”
KUCO are delighted to be working with Flat Iron on the Cambridge opening and welcome press enquiries at: [email protected]
Introducing: Hattie!
The latest addition to the team, Hattie joins KUCO full time as Creative Assistant and Executive Assistant to the Directors.
“I’m here to tell you all without any hesitation, being a part of the KUCO team really is my dream job. But that’s the point: It doesn’t feel like a job.
There’s only one thing I love more than travel and food, and that’s people! Networking and creating connections comes second nature to me.
I come from a background of team and event management within the hospitality industry. This role allows me to work in the sector I love, empowering people and utilising all of my creative skills.
Creating is part of who I am. Whether that’s a reel, a travel itinerary or a content strategy, I’m truly hands-on.
Just like chefs in the kitchen, I’ll find the ingredients and whip up something special.
If I’m not organising something or capturing content, you’ll find me exploring the world and sharing it with you at .”
We are truly delighted to have Hattie on the KUCO team. Since she joined us, her organisation, attention to detail and pure effervescence light up our days at .comms HQ.
