There is no denying it, the music industry has changed a great deal over the last decade which is forcing many large commercial studios to scale down or even shut down. Here at Source, we aim to cater for the needs of todays market. Most artists and bands today have access to basic recording equipment and are happy to do their first recordings and demos on their own equipment as it is now cheaper
to invest in basic recording equipment than pay for 5 days in a studio with an engineer. There does however come a point when artists and bands want their tracks to sound like the ones they are hearing on the radio but don't have the experience or money to invest in the space or equipment to archive this, and that's where we come in. We aim to work with artists and bands providing as little or as much input that is needed to create a professional sounding product. You might be a band that needs a space to track drums to then be taken away by you to record your bass, guitars, vocals and synths etc and then bring it all back to the studio when it is ready to be mixed and mastered. You might be a producer that needs to get your vocal tracked in the best way possible and then take it away to mix yourself but still need to get it professionally mastered. We also have an incredible team of song writers and session musicians that can write music for corporate branding, TV, Film, and adverts.
