BurtonTV.co.uk want you

Although currently quiet, BurtonTV has been around in one shape or form for the past 13 years, and in that time we have covered some of the most colourful events in that time. We have cooked and gardened, we have supported women in business, we have hunted ghosts, and we have supported the local communities within Burton and the surrounding area, all have been done out of the love for where we live, and our pockets.

At present, we are a team of two professionals (BBC, BT Sport), Jon and John, and for BurtonTV to come back stronger, we feel that the community should actually be part of how we work. So, this is a call out for your help, your ideas, and your enthusiasm for what you want from a local web-based video channel.

You have an idea for a podcast on local history..? We can do it.
You have a script for a short film..? We can help.
You want a programme on local AMDRAM..? You guessed it.

But not only do we want your ideas and hands and faces, we need your support. We have all the equipment, but we need time, and we need money.

We are looking for interest in sponsorship, whether that is for individual programmes, such as gardening, or films, or maybe you are a company who want to advertise, or just donate to keep us in coffee as we film in the streets.

So, if you are the new face, new voice, new crew, or new viewer, please get in touch, and maybe we can launch some local stars.
