Here is the timetable for the men’s small group training!
I’m really excited about this one, a lot of effort and planning has gone in to ensure that you get the results!
What’s included:
- 9 In face group sessions a week focusing on Strength Work, Conditioning and HIIT Work as well as Muscle Building (Hypertrophy Work).
- Nutritional Support and Advice. If you’re unsure about what you should be eating, how much you should be consuming and you are struggling to get your diet right, we’ve got you covered!
- You’ll also have access to our group WhatsApp chat that will ensure you still accountable and we’ll also be able to answer any queries for you.
This programme will be starting Monday 26th of August with taster sessions being offered this week. There’s still spaces for Wednesday 7-8 and Thursday evening too.

My main goal is to tailor all of your training around your lifestyle to ensure that you’re training in the most efficient and optimal way. Whether you have a hectic work and lifestyle or whether you’re already training for a sport multiple times a week. I’m here to ensure that you’re training to your goals and not to exhaustion.
Here’s a little into my background and experience:
I’ve been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for the past 2 years. My client range is quite high, I range from young athletes to Middle aged women. I’ve had great results from a wide range of clients. Results have gone from young athletes achieving sporting success to people gaining strength and muscle to other people losing weight.
I started studying sport as a GCSE then progressed into a diploma in sport which I achieved maximum grades. In college whilst studying Sport Science, I learned in more detail about the mechanics of exercise and the impact of a healthy lifestyle. This is when I became obsessed with the sport industry. I then went straight into a fitness instructor course which I developed my in person training sessions and learned more about the trade. Still I’m obsessed with learning more so that is why I’m currently studying to become a Strength and Conditioning coach.
Well done for making this far😂. I apologise for the long paragraphs however I thought it would be the best way to explain my background and why I love my job 😃.

Why do you train in the gym?
Is it to gain muscle? Lose weight? Or to become generally fitter?
Whatever your goal is, are you training correctly to work towards the goal?
I see too many people in the gym training like a bodybuilder even though their goal is something completely different to a bodybuilders goal.
Imagine setting a destination in your sat nav to then turn around and drive in the other direction! It may slightly help towards your goal but in the long term it is much more effective to train specifically for your goal.
If this is you, you need to get a plan set in place that will ensure you get from A to B in the most effective way. For example, if you’re a footballer that needs to be stronger then the most effective way to train would be strength training.

This is a little back story to why I decided to come into the fitness industry. Even though I’ve been into fitness and sports all of my life, during the lockdown in the pandemic I found time on my hands to really train hard and use my knowledge in sport and exercise science to get myself into good shape. This massively helped me gain confidence in my sports, especially rugby. Through most of the pandemic I used a lot of things which I had learnt through my diploma at college to good use within my training. I found really good results and then gained a bigger passion for fitness. I then took an apprenticeship at Bodyblitz Gym to gain the relevant qualifications for personal training as well as better understanding at how a gym runs. I can’t thank enough for that opportunity. I’ve been training people for over a year and I can’t lie, I’ve absolutely loved it so far. Everyone comes into train with great attitudes and enthusiasm, it’s very inspiring. There’s been some fantastic results as well so far. I just want to thank everyone so far, for allowing me to pursue this career 👏

Give this Lower Body Hypertrophy Session a go if you’re looking to build muscle 💥Starting off the session with Trap Bar Deadlift, a great bilateral knee hinge exercise to build muscular endurance in the quads. Then moving into the unilateral knee hinge in Reverse Lunges. Really looking to build up muscular endurance in both legs and addressing any imbalances. Next up is the hip hinge exercise in Romanian Deadlifts. These are used to build endurance in the hamstrings and glutes. Calf Raises are the next one and we’re going to use these to build muscular endurance in the calves which will build a base for plyometric work for athletes. Last one is Leg Press which is used to really bring the quads to fatigue to finish off with. Burn away those Easter egg calories with this Full Body Conditioning Session! Start off with 5 minutes of mobility work and warming up. You’ll then go straight into 5 rounds of the following:- 5 Pull Ups- 5 Single Leg Box Jumps on each leg- 10 Kettlebell Swings- 10 Dumbbell Clean and Presses- 10 Barbell Press - 10 Push Ups The goal is to complete 5 rounds of exercises as quickly as possible whilst keeping good form. I’d advise to keep weights relatively light as you’ll tire quickly, trust me 😂😰A great time would be under 18 minutes, a good time would be under 20 minutes. Save this workout and give it a go yourself. Injury is annoying! I’ve currently got an injury in my shoulder through rugby. However that’s not going to stop me from moving. Here’s a quick session I did yesterday, I focused on lower body power and a bit of conditioning. As well as this I got some work in on the bike to ensure I’m keeping good cardiovascular endurance through this period. To finish off I did a little bit of mobility work to ensure I keep mobile and flexible.
