👉 Did you know that under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 in England, for tenancies starting after 1 June 2019, landlords and letting agents cannot charge tenants for professional cleaning services at the end of the tenancy?

👉 They can, however, still require the property to be cleaned to a professional standard but cannot mandate that tenants use a professional cleaning service.
