Staffed by qualified Youth Workers and Volunteers, we are open three times a week with lots of activities for children to enjoy in a safe environment. Burnham Youth Club is back with a new management committee committed to running the club and giving the children of the area a safe place to socialise and learn new skills. Based in Minniecroft Road in Burnham, Bucks, it is staffed by qualified Yout
h Workers and managed by a team of volunteers. Although we are an independent youth club, we are supported by Bucks County Council & Action For Youth. The club is currently open Fridays evenings. Children pay a small weekly subscription which goes towards the running of the club. Activities are varied depending on the time of year etc but children can join in any of the following; Arts & Crafts, Cookery (Healthy Eating), Console games, board games, table tennis, snooker, Sound/Recording Studio, Computer room, Dance studio, whilst outdoor activities include football, skateboard/scooter time, gardening, general outdoor play plus much more. Burnham Youth Club runs entirely on external funding grants/awards, donations and fundraising by the children and staff. Burnham Youth Club welcomes the opportunity to work with other local groups and charities and the centre can be hired for events. Any derogatory comments, accusations or illicit pictures will be removed immediately from the Burnham Youth Club page and may be reported to Facebook. This site is monitored daily and we have a zero tolerance to bullying in any form by adult or child.
