For those who have followed DancingSquirrel - Full Service Creative Agency since its inception, you'll know we were founded on four core principles:

Prioritising Our Crew

Showing appreciation and recognising our onsite team is something we always strive to do. After all, they are the ones who truly pull the event together.

Crew accommodation is a great example. Yes, it might "just be a bed," but if you can't get a good night's sleep and a great breakfast, you're starting the day badly. A huge thank you to the team at the Motel One's Motel One Hotel Antwerp who so brilliantly looked after our crew last week.

Beyond the Conference Room

At this event, we wanted to try something new. We’ve noticed over the years that our crew often flies into a city, transfers straight to the hotel, and sees nothing but the inside of the conference room for the full week. So with the help of the amazing team at Taste-Antwerpen, everyone joined us for a tour of the city followed by a sharing supper at the historic De Rooden Hoed. Our guide was brilliant, and we know a number of the crew are already planning social visits back!

P.S. For those of you who are interested, the photo was taken on the famous wooden escalators in Antwerp dating back to the 1930s, situated in the St. Anna Tunnel beneath the Scheldt River. (See, we did learn something!).

For one of our defence sector clients, their annual innovation awards held in Berlin last week was a mission-critical event. Our role was to ensure their in-house communications team could focus on managing key stakeholders and enabling their winners to celebrate in style, instead of coordinating multiple vendors.

As a full-service creative agency, we took on the entire event logistics, technical production, content creation and supplier management. We secured the perfect hotels for accommodation, a stunning venue for the awards ceremony, and another for the after-party.
