As 2025 comes to a close, we want to say a massive thank you to everyone who made this year so special…

Whether you utilised Dancing Squirrel as your full-service creative partner, trusting us with your venue sourcing, event design and technical production, or worked with us on individual elements like team building, video creation or audio-visual hire, your partnership is what drives us. We truly appreciate you being part of the community.

To ensure we are fully prepared for our busiest month of the year in January, our office and warehouse will remain open between Christmas and the New Year, though our team will be taking a brief, well-earned break on the bank holidays to recharge.

We look forward to seeing you in 2026!

We Need a Bigger Calendar!

So if you have been wondering what your favourite “squirrels” have been up to this week... the answer is EVERYTHING! Our team has been running on high energy, delivering across the UK and planning for 2026 and 2027 client events!

Here’s the quick recap:

Scotland Mission: We were up in Glasgow delivering a full exhibition stand design and build—seeing our creative vision come to life is always a great part of the job!

Time to Reflect: We had the honour to provided full audio support for a client’s staff team, ensuring a smooth and poignant observation for Armistice Day on Tuesday.

Lights, Camera, Action: Our dedicated camera crew were out on multiple projects, capturing footage for clients across various sectors.

Giving Back: Yesterday evening we supported a wonderful evening for a client’s annual charity dinner with full technical production.

Future Ready: Back in the office, our creative team has been busy finalising stand designs, presentations, and a rather exciting storyboarding a HUGE 2026 project.

2027?! Yes! Our Buckingham venue find team is already confirming venues for events as far out as 2027!

So, a big thanks to the whole team for the hustle. We love what we do!

• Location: Ideally based at The Drey in Buckingham.
• Opportunity: 12-month contract with potential for extension.

Ideal Candidate: Experience in the events or creative services industry is highly preferred.
