I don't know about you but I've had many conversations with friends and we literally have had no idea what day it is or what the day 3 days ago was!

Twixmas is that bit between Christmas and New year when no-one knows what day it is, the only chocolates left are the ones you don't like (let's not start a debate on Bounty's) and every meal has cheese, and you are fed up with your family!

You know you are a Social Media Manager when the big Christmas schedule starts so I can take some time off whilst keeping client's platforms current...I’ve been telling you all to get organised and now it’s time to do it myself!!

I’m old school so it’s all done by pen and paper for me to get around the strategy and content.
Then it’s over to Facebook business suite for Facebook & Instagram scheduling, and Hootsuite for LinkedIn and Twitter.

Real life tales of a social media manager!
I recently quoted a small business for their social media management and Facebook Ads, and the response was 'I could hire another part-time person in my shop for that price'

Well yes, you could....but is that what you need?
What they came to me for is to increase their following, get more eyeballs on their business and increase their sales.. by taking me on you are technically hiring another team member.

So when it comes to investing in your business are you spending your money in the right places according to what you need to grow your business?

Facebook Facts...
The current average reach for an organic Facebook post is just 2.2%, but could be as low as 1.1% for some brand pages. To put this in perspective, if you have a page with 1500 followers, my posts may only be shown to as few as 33 people. 😵‍
