Christmas selling on social media? Now is your time to go in with all the information, no frills.

Customers need to know all the basics, so give them the info clearly.

1. Show people where to add to basket.
2. Tell last delivery dates.
3. How and when can they pick up?
3. Use shoppable tags on product posts.
4. Highlight low stocks.
5. Optimise your copy for search.
6. Repeat the above relentlessly.

What way has a business treated you well as a loyal customer? (Discounts, special offers)

What have you disliked about your loyal customer bring taken for granted? (Sky putting your bill up but giving new customers a low price)
