ALL BECAUSE OF BODY WEIGHT and how did you get here, FOOD!!!!!!

You mustn’t eat, the truth of the matter is that we ELVOVED from starvation, the body is not designed to amass so much food

The ratio of food we eat and the how our organs are working is not corresponding at all

1. Create you rules and set boundaries and MAKE sure no one tries to break them.

2. The only way to IMPROVE tomorrow is to know what you did wrong today.

3. Learn something new everyday which helps you to improve your skills.

4. Always keep a smile on and never waste time on people who don’t care about you.

5. STOP worrying about what people will say, if you disappear tomorrow, the world will go on perfectly fine without you

6. STOP discussing your personal life with every second person. Tell them what’s necessary, privacy is everything.

The real you isn't seen when you're commended it's seen when you're corrected. If you get angry instead getting sober and be grateful to God that a vital area is pointed out you are under an attack. And Most times aligning with the enemy to attack your protection.

All this shows the following are still alive and active.

1. Works of the Flesh

2. Familiarity instead of honour, when you become familiar instead showing honour you will pick complain & offence where you need to pick correction and lessons.

3. Anger towards the authority God has placed over you, instead of anger towards what is being corrected.

4. You distant yourself when correct but you easily cry to God when convicted. You are not spiritual you are emotionally. Offense builds fence that keeps you isolated for destruction.

5. You find fault rather than finding joy, love comes with Chastisement.

6. You hide what you should expose to vessel of God over your life, giving strength to it. Sin grows in darkness

7. You tend to see how you're corrected and how the vessel God is using to help you is wrong.

When you think about the level of impunity, the degree of anyhowness with which we operate in this country and the fact that some body parts of the victim, Lawal Yetunde Hafsoh are yet to be accounted for,justice may never be served on the case.

Because this AbdulRahman Muhammed Bello is clearly not acting alone and most likely sold/gave out those parts to his colleagues in the same line of business.

Bearing all these in mind, you'd be naive not to know that such people if he truly has them will be well connected in the corridors of power hence will do everything possible to minimize their exposure.

Which means they will either arrange a jamboree trial/court case where AbdulRahman would be let out the back door after sentencing, or they silence him forever while he's still in the police station and the police will give us a touching story about how he kpaid.

Whatever angle you look at this matter, it will likely be one of those cases that will be later swept under the rug. Especially when everyone moves on to the next trending issue in a week or two.

Protect yourself my brothers and sisters because justice is a mirage in this country. It's easier for a camel to pass through the eyes of a needle than for an ordinary citizen to get justice in cases like this.

Always remember say na person wey kpai, na him lose pass. May Nigeria not happen to each and everyone of us. I rest my case.

This is a microscopic view of a mosquito. While on the outside is seems like such a simple creature, God built it like a perfect machine.
A mosquito has:
A tiny head with 100 eyes exactly
In its mouth are 48 tiny teeth
In its chest it has 3 hearts, each heart has 2 atria and 2 ventricles
It has a thermal receptor to find body heat where it can feed
The heat sensitivity of this receptor is ONE THOUSANDTH of a degree Celsius.Let that sink in.
It has an advanced blood analyzer and an anaesthetic device so that it's prey doesn't react to its sting.
It has a anticoagulant device so that it can absorb the blood
It has 6 tiny blades on its suction hose,with four of them that makes the incision and the other where the tube is formed to extract the blood.
Lastly they have hooks and claws on its feet to attach to its food source.
Does this seem like something that came about by random mindless evolution?

I saw something bizarre yesterday..

A typical example of how God can miraculously rescue someone from the claws of death..

I was going somewhere along the Airport Road in Abuja at about 6pm yesterday, I was in a Taxi and i saw a mamoth crowd gathered by the expressway. I immediately asked the Taxi Man to stop me since I was not in a hurry to get to where I was going...I wanted to know what was going on.

I saw these pantaker boys/ Scavengers butchering a burnt vehicle..They were having a filled day...

A Man narrated that a woman was kidnapped by two Men and they were on a high speed taking the captive to an unknown destination...

A woman driving by the side saw the woman in the Car struggling with the kidnappers and screaming at the same time, and when the kidnappers were about to make a U-turn, she double-crossed them with her own car and started shouting and calling for help. She didn't care if her exotic car would get bashed...

People started parking and before you know it, the Criminals started running, one was caught and burnt, the other one had fire on his body with his charms on his body and ran across the road...He was chased and caught...

They both were killed even before the police arrived..These Men looked chubby and fresh.. Obviously, they had been enjoying themselves with proceeds of their kidnapping activities, but as God would have it, they met their waterloo yesterday..

Some women have mind sha...I am really grateful to God that he orchestrated the woman's movement and those kidnappers would have succeeded..

They would have been in a beer parlor now ordering for ten Green Bottles now from the proceeds of wickedness..it was satisfying to see the co**se of the wicked lying lifeless in the police Van...

May God order the steps of a helper to save you from any impending danger you may find yourself🙏

I have always known igbo land as a region that mounts a lot of pressure on their men to MAKE it big.
It's a case of "go harder or go home" but then, I've never seen anyone who have caused pressure on our youth like this guy👇.
My closest friend buried her mom last year and when she started digging deeper to the cause of her mom's de@th, she suspected her younger brother who's role model is this guy was possibly behind their mom's de@th(this is not to indict anyone tho).
I'm really appalled it took the de@th of a lawmaker to have the government of Anambra state sit up.
Nevertheless, it's good he's picked because if something is not urgently done to curb this menace, we'd all have ourselves to blame
