Yes, in the UK, a person can be prosecuted for intentionally or recklessly causing a public nuisance:

Definition
The Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 (PCSCA) defines a public nuisance as an act or omission that causes or risks serious harm to the public, or obstructs the public's rights.
Penalties
The maximum sentence for a public nuisance is 10 years in prison and an unlimited fine, depending on where the case is tried.
Legal parameters
To establish a public nuisance, the act or omission must:
Be a substantial interference with the public's rights
Have a foreseeable and avoidable impact on the public
Be unreasonable, meaning it disproportionately infringes on the public's rights.

Rewind Wednesday...
Because I wanted to post today. Haha.
Like most content creators for hire, we focus on our clients - you guys come first. I'm bad at behind the scenes and focus on my daily task, especially on a location shoot. I found this kernel of a video that was unusable due to the wind, I'd just climbed a cliff face - I cleaned up the audio and thought it would be an intro to a reel of some work I did for Haven in October 2022 in Wales.
I'm blown away by how beautiful our countryside is all year round, and we sell holiday homes with year-round licences - yet we fail to show them how awesome the location can be. It's a mindset that needs changing, I think we are missing opportunity thinking this way, stay tuned past my windy monologue to see some clips of Hafan Y Môr in its autumnal splendour.
