Brentwood Cricket Club Welcome to Brentwood Cricket Club. Founded in 1881 the club has a rich history and its association with Essex County Cricket Club has always been close.

Shepherd Neame Essex Cricket League Champions 2009, 2010, 2011, 2019

Dukes Essex T20 Winners 2011, 2012, 2013, 2019 County and other representative cricket has been regularly played at the ground over the past 100 years. Several England players have worn the Club's colours down the years, most recently Sky Sports' Cricket Commentator Nick Knight and Gavin Hamilton.

And that’s a wrap!!

The Bandits have returned safely back to Essex, most sleeping on route - a sign of a good tour!

The final stop for the Bandits was a visit to starting with a warm up 8 over game and then onto the main event. The boys displayed excellence across all disciplines, on the bat, ball and field. They faced brilliant bowling from the opposition and they certainly tested us in the field.

Over the tour, the Bandits have scored 368 runs, taken 31 wickets and have made countless memories that will last all of their cricketing careers!

Day 2 of U10 Bandits tour, saw performances on and off the pitch. High catches, low catches and plenty of boundaries. A slightly shortened 2nd innings for the bandits but a comfortable win.

Thank you to for hosting us on Saturday morning.

Meanwhile off the pitch, both children and adults alike have enjoyed each others company over food, drink and singing.

Day 3 takes the Bandits to Swardeston for their final game of the tour.

Nets Update - More great progress as all the ground fixings for the new cage are in place, the base material is all down and the carpet has started to be laid! Targetting completion of nets by Friday 20th June, then we will need to add the security fence around the new nets. Thanks again to everyone who helped fund the project from players, parents, Life VPs to players through Movement fund, and Community Fund and Lilley Plummer Risks!
