Karaoke - £10
Include a 30 minute max. karaoke session in your party time using a professional microphone and their singing voices. (Words on screen not included so they’ll need to know the words already.)
Dance party
A professional dance teacher can teach the children a short dance routine in addition to the Glow party package. Prices on request.
Before the party:
The hall needs to be made as dark as possible for the UV lighting to work well and for everyone’s UV face paint to glow. Bin liners taped to windows have been used before! Please check this before hand when booking the venue to ensure the hall is as dark as possible.
We need access to several sockets.
We need at least 3 tables for our equipment. Please let us know in advance if there are none available at the venue.
DJ will play personalised play list when sent in advance, at least 3 days before the party.
You can suggest to your guests to wear neon or white to the party as they’ll show up brilliantly in the UV lights.
On the day:
We set up approx 30 minutes before the event and need 30 minutes to pack away at the end. Please bear this in mind when booking the venue.
The face painter will be painting with their UV reactive paints for the whole party. The face paints are all professional brands and dermatologically tested. The face painter is fully insured.
We will take photos/videos during the party – please see our page for our privacy policy. Any questions then please ask.
Party games will start once some of the children have been face painted. Prizes will be given out if Party Prizes Package has been included.
Let us know if you want us to include a time for them to eat (recommended at the end of the party). We can continue playing music (a bit quieter) and continue face painting too during this time. You might want to bring out the birthday cake at this point.
If you have booked the extra Party prize package – the children can make their UV selfie props on an extra table. These can be put out at any time at your discretion.
Parents/adults need to supervise the behaviour of the children as this is not the responsibility of the DJ or face painter. Any children with any additional needs, please make us aware before the party.
An additional charge will apply for any parties booked over 20 miles from Brentwood.
These prices are for a 2 hour party with up to 30 children. Please ask for details for prices for longer parties, more children.
Recommended ages for these parties is age 6-11. Teenage and adult parties available on request.
Insurance and PAT certificates are available on request if required by the venue.
We need a non-refundable booking fee to confirm the booking date and time and completed payment should be made on the day of the party.
PRIVACY POLICY FOR GLOW & DANCE UV PARTIES
We do not use children’s names in photograph captions. (From 7.5.18)

Under the Child Protection Act, we will only ever use photographs with the permission of parents and the images will be used for agreed use such as Social media and marketing purpose of our related business(s) In this case Face Painting.
We do not allow photography/photographers unsupervised access to children, and an adult will need to be present at All times and in agreement.
We do not approve of photography sessions outside the event or at a child’s home unsupervised.
Any School or event or club we attend will need to ensure that parents, carers, family members and others understand the policy. Many schools and clubs also have an acceptable use policy for using photographs, which may include asking parents not to share photos on social media
If at any time, you would like to withdraw consent with any images you have allowed us to use, then please let us know in writing/email and we will take any images down within 7 days of your request from social media. With regards to any marketing material we will let you know the time frame in which this can be done to ensure all parties are happy.
