as been a part of the development process for signed and unsigned acts as a manager, music producer, videographer and music artist. He has experience in attending meetings with major labels, and sync and publishing companies including Universal Music, Big Sync, Kobalt, Fiction and JEM Artists. He accompanies managed producers/artists to high-level A&R meetings and represents signed artists including Shaun Escoffery to daytime tv programs and liaises with production companies' promotional teams and record labels. RGM is a professional creative production service placing additional emphasis on not just making music, but the artist's visual presentation. The development RGM provides involves developing and creating an act brand from nothing. Creating the acts social media campaigns to develop their look, style and sound, pushing it out to the public through various opportunities and social media. RGM also provides a tuition music service specialising in music production and songwriting for schools in the Dorset/Hampshire area, partnering with Sound Storm music hub.

Who is RGM ?

A Dorset based music production, management & artist development company, predominantly specialising in Black music. We represent various artists and producer.

Assistant Managing @ShaunEscoffery at GSM, who has recently signed to Universal Decca.
