If your nervous system can’t tell the difference between launching a new offer and being chased by a bear… this is for you.

Because launching can look like: Posting stories from the loo, replying to DMs in the Sainsbury’s car park, tweaking your captions at 10pm, and feeling like you can’t take an afternoon off in case someone replies and you miss it?!

Which is wild, because you’re not a beginner.

You’ve been doing this for 2+ years, your offer is solid, your audience is warm…

you just shouldn’t need adrenaline to hold the whole thing together.

If you want 2026 launches that still bring in proper sales without your nervous system going into overdrive…

DM me SOCIALS & let’s talk about what it looks like to launch with support so you can actually breathe!

05/01/2026

It’s January, so I know you’re probably in full vision-board mode.

Goals. Targets. “Good / better / best”.

Breaking it down into neat little chunks like your brain won’t immediately try to turn it into a to-do list 😂

But what if this year you planned your business around a feeling first?
Not just numbers.

What if the goal wasn’t more output… it was more space, more focus, more breathing room while you hit your targets.

So imagine if you still hit your best sales goal… but you weren’t forcing yourself to do things you don’t enjoy like

– writing a caption in your Notes app at 9:47pm because you promised yourself you’d “stay consistent”
– coming off a brilliant client call, opening their action plan to update it… then getting pulled into replying to DMs and losing your whole train of thought 🙃
– keeping your entire marketing plan in your head like a browser with 37 tabs open

Imagine if your business grew and your nervous system didn’t have to be “on” for it to work.

More time doing the bits you love (delivery, leadership, creating),
less time doing the bits that drain you (the fiddly, repetitive, always-there stuff).

If you’re setting goals for 2026/this year, don’t just ask “What do I want to achieve?”

Ask: “What do I want my days to feel like while I’m achieving it?”

If this hit, I’d love to hear what you want your year to feel like, and I’ll help keep you accountable ☺️

31/12/2025

2025 has been our best year yet.

Best year for time freedom. Best year for working with the most amazing clients and getting them genuinely insane results. And also our best year in revenue.

We’ve had five proper holidays this year, the kind where the laptop isn’t “just coming with us in case”…

Oh, and we got a new cat. Mojito 🥹 (little cat - BIG personality. Chaotic energy, 10/10 no notes.)

And honestly… thank you.

To our clients who trust us, our team who absolutely smash it, and everyone who’s been in our corner. We don’t take any of it lightly.

Now for the bit I’m really excited about…

2026 isn’t just “same again, but better”.

We’re making changes. Proper ones.

Refining what we do, reshaping a few things behind the scenes, and building the business so that 2026 is even better!

It’s going to feel cleaner, bolder, more aligned… and I can’t wait.

Sneak preview coming soon 🤍✨

You know that Friday night moment when you’re starving, you open Deliveroo… and suddenly you forget how to make a decision?

You’ve got 100s of options, so you scroll. You click a few. Then it’s back to scrolling.

You shortlist three places, then remember last time the chips were soggy, so you bin that one.

Then you overthink whether you want something “healthy-ish” or a dirty kebab vibe.

When you ask your partner they say “I don’t mind” (liar), so now you’re responsible for their happiness too. 🫠

20 minutes later you’re still hungry, slightly irritated, and you’ve somehow convinced yourself you don’t even like food.

That is exactly what planning content feels like when you’re the one making every single decision in your marketing.

So you default to something quick, safe, and familiar.
Not because you’re lazy, because your brain is fried.

The fix is simple (but it changes everything) decide the purpose before you write the post.

We go into how to do this in the carousel!

Save this for the next time you go to post but can’t make a decision. 😅

Your 2026 goals don’t need more motivation. They need a set-up.

Because vision boards are cute… but if your calendar doesn’t change, neither will your life 😅

Save this for when you’ve written your 2026 goals and you’re starting to plan your year around them!

A lot of you won’t know this, but Christmas has looked wildly different for us every year since Lottie left teaching & started (what became) Virtual Lottie.

Today we’re sharing the journey, the scary bits, and the amazing bits 🎄

Thank you to our legendary clients who trust us with their businesses, our ridiculously talented team, and everyone who’s supported us along the way, even if you’ve just been quietly following in the background.

We just wanted to wish you a very Merry Christmas however you’re spending it. Whether it’s loud and full-on, quiet and cosy, with family, friends or doing your own thing… we hope you have a wonderful day ❤️

Is Christmas showing you your business can’t run without you? (yet)

This time of year your calendar is full of the nice stuff like Christmas market visits, drinks with old friends, school shows, late night shopping, all on top of a coaching business that even in a “normal” month has you feeling busy.

But if 2+ years in you’re still worrying that taking an afternoon off for mulled wine and a catch-up will slow your sales… or that saying yes to one extra panto means your 2026 mastermind google doc doesn’t get opened for another week…

that’s a sign your business is relying way too hard on you to keep everything moving.

You should be able to step away for a bit and know your offers are still being talked about, your DMs are still being handled and your “big next thing” isn’t just stuck in your Notes app.

If that’s not your reality right now, check out the carousel, it’s exactly how we helped L stop building her next offer in the gaps of her week and start treating it like the priority it actually is.

19/12/2025

She made ~£5k without replying to a single DM & it’s proof your next launch doesn’t need more screen time to work.

The wild thing is… nothing “miraculous” happened with L’s audience.
She didn’t suddenly blow up on TikTok.
She didn’t spend two weeks glued to her phone.

The biggest difference was that, for once, her launch didn’t rely on her screentime.

Instead of bracing herself for a week of extra Stories, extra questions, extra posts, extra emails ALL after a full day of client work…

L got to do what she loves, prepping the masterclass, looking after her clients, actually resting in the evenings.

The content still went out. The questions still got answered.
and enquiries were qualified and sold to.

But, IMPORTANTLY, she wasn’t the only one holding every moving piece together.

That’s the bit most established founders don’t realise they’re allowed to want launches that still bring in sales… without your nervous system thinking it has to be “on” 24/7 to make it happen.

If you’re planning to launch a new offer, programme, event or mastermind in 2026 and you’d love them to feel more “I’m leading this” and less “I’m babysitting my phone”…

DM me SOCIALS and we can chat about how it’d look like when we support your launch so your screen time stops being the strategy.

18/12/2025

Your consistency isn’t the problem. It’s the price you’re paying for it.

You don’t have to drag yourself to “show up”.
You’re on Stories most days.
You share client wins.
You post, you nurture, you reply to DMs because you know it works.

Being present is in your muscle memory now and that’s exactly why your brand is where it is.

But the way you’re staying consistent? That’s the bit quietly draining you.

Because right now, “being consistent” still looks like:
squeezing content into the gaps of your day, being the one who always remembers to talk about the offer and replying to DMs at 9.30pm because that’s the first spare time you've had today.

That made sense when you were building your business, but with a 2+ year-old coaching brand and premium clients?

Those same habits are why you still feel like even though you’re really proud of how far you’ve come, you thought it’d feel different than this.

DM me SOCIALS and I’ll show you what it looks like to keep your presence and personality front and centre, without your consistency costing you this much brainspace.

You know when you finally sit down to “just quickly get a post out” in between client calls…

…and 9 minutes later you’re scrolling through your saved posts, re-thinking the same three hooks and then somehow on your own profile thinking, “Have I said this already??” 🙃

That’s not you running out of ideas, you’ve been doing this long enough to know that’s not true.

What’s actually happening is that you’re asking your already-full founder brain to make a lot of little decisions in a 10-minute window between calls that was meant for making a cuppa.

The founders we work with are not short on ideas. They’re running established businesses, with years’ worth of stories, client wins and opinions.

The friction comes from trying to be CEO, strategist, copywriter and content department… all in the same tiny gap between calls.

So if you’re glaring at the caption box like it’s personally offended you, it’s not that you’re not organised enough…

You’ve simply outgrown the “I’ll just wing it when I get a sec” era.

Save this for the next time you catch yourself trying to do your posts in the gaps of your day.

And if you’re already thinking, “Yeah, I am not doing this dance again in 2026…”

DM me SOCIALS and I’ll send you the details of our social media support.

You can tell your business is “working” from the Stripe notifications…

but your brain feels like an overstuffed inbox that never gets to zero.

You wake up already thinking about three things at once:
that client call at 10,
the Reel you didn’t post yesterday,
the person who replied “I’ll think about it” and still hasn’t replied in your DMs.

Your days are this constant switching between roles:
coaching call → answer client Slack message → film a talking head Reel → reply to Instagram comments → write next week’s scripts…
and then you remember you haven’t actually eaten lunch.

Evenings aren’t really evenings either.
You’re on the sofa, half watching Netflix, half replying to DMs because you know those conversations lead to sales.

And yes, you could outsource.

You’ve probably said “I’ll look at getting support once things get quieter” more times than you can count.

But then the next thing comes along, and it feels easier to squeeze a bit more out of yourself than to untangle it all for someone else.

That’s the bit that keeps you stuck.

Not a lack of ideas. Not a lack of demand.

Just the belief that being fully booked means being fully responsible for everything.

Being fully booked doesn’t have to mean being permanently “on call” for every part of the business.

You’re allowed to keep the Stripe notifications and have a brain that isn’t carrying 47 tabs at once.

If you want 2026 to feel calmer, clearer and have the clarity to focus on your resolutions…

DM me SOCIALS and let’s talk about how we can help you have your best year yet.

10/12/2025

If you’re ticking most of these, your marketing is clearly working which is amazing… it’s just running on your screen time instead of a system.

That’s why sales feel tied to whether you showed your face on Stories today, how quickly you replied to that DM, or if you had a spare 15 minutes for a “quick post” between calls.

The goal is to build your brand so enquiries still come in on the days you’re in meetings, on a plane, or actually having a life.

When your content, DMs and strategy aren’t fully dependent on you, sales stop feeling so fragile and you get to be the CEO again, and not being your own social media manager as a side hustle.

If that’s where you’re heading in 2026, you’re already thinking like a leader.

💾 Save this for the next time you find yourself replying to DMs when half watching Netfilx.
