Coaches, let me guess…

Coaches, you’ve launched before and you know what content “should” work…

But THIS time, even the thought of creating it feels like actual torture.

You could repurpose last year’s posts…
But let’s be honest, by the time you’ve rewritten the hooks, tweaked the CTAs, reworded the value…

Rewind to 3 years ago…

It was the start of October half-term. I was sat outside the school I worked at, crying in my car. Teaching had been my whole world — but no matter how much I gave, it never felt like enough.

Then came a moment that changed everything. Life felt too short to keep ignoring the pull toward something more.

So, I handed in my notice and started Virtual Lottie — with one goal: cover my half of the mortgage (it was £900 a month, and no, I didn’t fix it 🫠).

Fast forward to today…

• Fully booked in 2 months.
• Hired my first associate by month 3.
• Now running a multi-award-winning agency with 20+ associates.
• We’ve supported nearly 100 clients.
• And I spent over 12 months working remotely across 8 countries and 3 continents — all from my laptop.

It wasn’t always easy. I’ve burned out, said yes to red-flag clients, hired the wrong people, and wrestled with imposter syndrome more times than I can count.
