"Oatmeal and Chia Bread (No Flour)
Ingredients 🍞:
2 cups rolled oats 🌾
1/2 cup chia seeds 🌱
1 1/2 cups water 💧
1 tablespoon olive oil 🛢️
1 teaspoon salt 🧂
1 teaspoon baking powder 🍰
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the oats 🌾, chia seeds 🌱, water 💧 and olive oil 🛢️. Let it rest for 10 minutes until the chia absorbs some of the water.
Add the salt 🧂 and baking powder 🍰, stirring until a dough forms.
Tip: The dough should not be liquid; if necessary, adjust with a little more flour. oatmeal.
Pour the dough into a greased pan and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool before slicing. It goes great with jams or cheeses!"

Modo de Preparo:
Pré-aqueça o forno a 180°C.

Adicione o sal 🧂 e o fermento em pó 🍰, mexendo até formar uma massa.
Dica: A massa não deve ficar líquida; se necessário, ajuste com um pouco mais de aveia.
Despeje a massa em uma forma untada e leve ao forno por 40 minutos ou até dourar.

COD SOUFLE,
It's a simple recipe that you can use when you have some leftovers at home 😌 In other words, it's just a matter of adapting the recipe according to what you have around 👌

Plus it makes a lot of money, which is great!

– 800g of shredded cod (use whatever you have: tuna, salmon...)
– 1 large onion
– 6 cloves of garlic
– 1 ripe tomato
– 1 carrot
– 1 bunch of parsley
– 4 whole eggs
– Black pepper q.b
– Olive oil q.b
– Place the onion, chopped garlic, tomato and olive oil in a pan. Let it cook (I usually add a little water).
– Add the cod and carrot. Season to taste. Wrap and let cook.
– Add the chopped parsley, mix and remove from the heat.
– Fold in the beaten egg yolks.
– Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the previous preparation.
– Bake in the preheated oven at 180⁰C for around 30 minutes.
