What a busy week... 🌟

We had a really fun and creative start to the week with a branding session for a new local business 💪

We filmed a mid-week video content shoot and braved the elements down on Southbourne seafront (special thanks to and for topping up our caffeine fix!)

We also sent off the next batch of letters for a direct mail campaign, from printing to putting it in the envelopes and popping down to the post box ✉️📮

Then, our Managing Director Sarah, had networking events at .global and at ⛳️

And, as always, we've had loads of fun creating and posting lots of social media posts, email campaigns and online ads!

No two weeks are ever the same at Mint Spiral, which is just how we like it!

Out visiting clients and introducing , the latest addition to the Mint Spiral team!

First stop, followed by a meeting at the Arena Business Centre then off to the . And finishing the day in Southbourne Grove!

We love visiting our clients on a regular basis. It’s really important to us that we can work closely together, share ideas and understand their priorities so we’re always working towards the same goals.

We’ve all heard of it... but what ACTUALLY is the Instagram Algorithm? 🤔

It’s essentially a set of rules that personalises users’ experiences on the Instagram app. 📚

Did you know that there are actually multiple algorithms going on at once on the Instagram app?! (We’ll get into these another time) but today, we’re here to talk a bit about the Instagram Feed algorithm.

Some tips to help get your posts favoured by the algorithm are:

📍Tag your location in every post! This will push your post even further to people in your area and, if you are a local business, to potential customers.
💬 Reply quickly to comments. This would ideally be within an hour to boost engagement and encourage replies... get your followers chatting!
🏆 Instagram ranks content based on different engagement, for example, saves and shares carry more weight, so encourage your audience to do this where possible
🙋‍♀️ Ask a question in the caption to provoke engagement. Comments are very important to the Instagram algorithm so asking your audience a question relevant to your post will help boost it.
🖇️ Include a CTA (for example, “Click the link in our bio”) to provoke engagement with your profile once it has hit the explore page.
