This week, WBro’s John Yates & Brian Canon and Bro’s Carl Enion & Andrew Lucas delivered a lecture about the first degree tracing board.
The WM thanked them for their efforts.

Bro Andy Lucas was presented with his Grand Lodge Certificate by the WM.

Followed was a quiet evening at our festive board and a chat with a prospective candidate at the end.

Our next meeting is on the 10th of March to initiate a new candidate.

Keep your eyes peeled for our ladies evening.

Wow, what an amazing evening!

On the 20th of January 2025 we had our first initiation in over a year and welcomed Brother Marvell into our lodge.

After the initiation ceremony, Assistant Provincial Grand Master Dr Simon K Archer presented and awarded a new ceremonial gavel to the lodge in recognition of becoming Grand Patrons of the 2026 festival.

Afterwards we held our popular Burns Night, entertained by Bolton Caledonia Pipe Band

The members of Kitchener Lodge have been out herding the haggis in readiness for our annual Burns Evening Supper this coming Monday (20th Jan). Ticket price is £30. As ever the Bolton Caledonian Pipe will be entertaining us and leading the toast to the haggis. There may be whisky!

What a wonderful evening on the evening of the 9th of December.

Kitchener Lodge 3788 Christmas Meal!

Attended by Masons, non-masons, family and friends. Eagley Band entertaining us throughout the evening.

The WM even played Santa on his first Festive Board of holding his office, handing out some presents to the children in attendance. The girls thanked him back by singing beautifully beside the band and helped sell raffle tickets and clean up! Check out the videos on our highlights above.

Our lodge mentor Past Provincial Grand Sword Bearer (PProvGSwdb), at the annual meeting of the Provincial Grand Lodge of East Lancashire was appointed to the active rank of Provincial Grand Membership Officer! Congratulations Wbro!
A repeated thanks from all at our lodge, and for everything you do for us, and Freemasonry as a whole.

This year was the first time that light blues were invited to take part in the procession in, for the annual meeting at the Provincial Grand Lodge of East Lancashire. One of our very own new raised brother took part and and commented how much he thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

On Monday the 14th of October our new Worshipful Master was installed into the chair of King Solomon. Shortly afterwards he elected his officers for the year followed by a festive board.

First meeting of the Masonic season.

The lodge was opened, and a new Worshipful Master and Treasurer was balloted for.

Thanks were given to the current Worshipful Master for the past Masonic Year in the chair.

Bro. Carl Enion was presented with his Grand Lodge Certificate.

Followed was a quiet evening at our festive board with a prospective candidate.

Installation on the 14th of October at 1730.
