A little excerpt from the book I'm currently writing. Just a teaser.... as promised.

"Druids once roamed the land of Goldmerrow. But that was long ago, before the war of the races.
Many from the great houses of elves, dwarves, and humans fell, along with the vast clans of druids.
All feared the prophecy that one day, the humans would inherit the earth as other races died out and once that happened, and all those that wielded magic were gone... the earth would be ravaged by the humans and all life would be brought to it's knees."

I hope that little snippet made you all want to read a little more. I'm just 6 chapters in and still writing like my life depended on it. C. Davies

I started working on writing a book of my own. Untitled as yet and of course I will edit it myself. I will post a little of the story at a later date. Watch this space all 😁

Co-wrote a children's book that was published by Petra Publishing. To raise awareness and encourage children and parents leaving abusive relationships and going into refuge. Allowing them to see that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Book launch was today at Caerphilly Library. Mayor of Caerphilly County Borough was present, along with members of the Welsh Assembly, illustrator Huw Aaron, children from the local Welsh school who sat enthralled listening to Mike Church, writer of the book, read the book for all, and Support workers of Llamau. It was a pleasure helping with this project and great to see something else positive come out of my own experience being through refuge myself, along with co-writer Clare Evans. A big thank you to Caerphilly Outreach Worker Kristy Houdmont and Refuge Child Worker Angharad Howe. If you know of anyone suffering from an abusive relationship pass along the following....
