I have a full DJ set up including a large 1500 watt sound system, full lighting system that I have created specifically for the Wedding Industry. I also have my DJ booth which can be either Sparkly Black or White depending on your Wedding Theme and Colours My Li
ghting can also be set to with-in reason to co-ordinate with your Wedding Colour Theme.. If required my wireless and corded microphones,both high quality Shure microphones can both be used for public speaking. All my equipment is fully PAT tested and I also have public liability insurance.I am happy to play requests on the night for guests and also do not have a problem with working from your prepared set list. There can also be as much pre event communication as required to ensure we get it just right on the night. I will also act as the host for the evening,making any introductions & announcements as required to make the evening flow smoothly and to plan.I am also available for toast mastering of your wedding breakfast. This includes the introduction of the wedding party into the room, me playing background music of your choice throughout your meal and the introductions of the wedding speakers.

On Friday Katie and Dean were married at Singleton Lodge. The whole day was just full on fun, fun, fun from Singing Waiters to Magicians to me on the Decks of Thunder. It was so good to see my good friend Jack Shields entertaining the guests with his mind boggling magic!
There were some very impressive shapes thrown on the floor that night! I have not laughed working on a Wedding for a long time.
Congratulations once again to the new Mr & Mrs McElroy.

Annabel and Adam were married on Saturday August 31st at Broadoaks Country House Hotel. The Lake District weather was perfect for this gorgeous couple. Surrounded by their family and close friends this Party was just magnificent and so much fun to be apart of. Everyone joined in and partied hard from the younger members of the wedding party to the Grand Parents. It was an added bonus to work alongside my good friend Richard James on photography duty. Congratulations to you both Mr & Mrs Reid-Ward...a night to remember.

Review Time Mr & Mrs Payton Merewood Hotel August 1st 2024.
Gary is truly the loveliest, most genuine, and incredibly talented DJ around! He is absolutely amazing!
We booked Gary to DJ at our recent wedding at Merewood Country House in the Lake District, and wow! Just wow!
From the moment we first reached out to Gary, right up until a few days before our wedding, his communication and service were simply flawless. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and all our questions were answered quickly and professionally. He truly understood that we had never planned a wedding before and that we often felt a little lost with it all. We felt like we made a friend in Gary!
We provided him with a handful of song choices before our day, but not many, as we were struggling to think (you know when your mind just goes blank?!). Instead, we simply told him that we grew up in the 00s and were into a variety of different music genres—Dance, Pop, Indie, Rap, Power Ballads, etc.
Well, that was all Gary needed to create the playlist of our dreams, one that was far better than we could've ever imagined (or put together ourselves!). There was literally a song for everyone, and our dance floor was permanently full right up until the end of the night!
We have never known a DJ to be able to do that before! We were completely blown away by Gary's talent, as were all our guests. Everyone kept saying how brilliant he was all night.
We can't thank Gary enough, and if you are considering booking him for your own special occasion, just do it! Don't hesitate! We promise you won't regret it.

Saturday Night Wedding Vibes at the gorgeous Cragwood Country House Hotel
A hearty congratulations to the lovely couple, Hayley and Andrew, who joyously exchanged vows at the picturesque Grange Hotel this past Sunday. Their ceremony and wedding breakfast were nothing short of perfection, held in our exquisite Grange Bay & Promenade Suites. Following this, guests enjoyed Prosecco on our lawn and terrace, basking in the breathtaking sunset. As the evening unfolded, they danced away in our splendid Grange View Suite, with exclusive access to our stunning terrace balcony, beneath the twinkling stars. Sometimes I have to pinch myself at some of the Venues and couples I have the honour of working for.
Last night was one of those nights! Marcel and Vinea were married at the sumptuous Linthwaite House, surrounded by a lot of family and friends who had travelled from Asia to be here.
The weather was perfect, the Venue and grounds just ooze class, Simon Rogans food was ridiculously delicious and so well presented. And the whole Wedding Party were an absolute delight to be around.
I am so glad they enjoyed my fusion mix of Chinese, Taiwanese and normal party classics.
Thank you again to Marcel and Vinea for their hospitality shown towards me and to Karen and her hardworking team at Linthwaite House for being some welcoming towards me. 🫶🏻
