Good evening Food fans. Sorry for being quiet at the moment. Mike has acquired carpal tunnel syndrome and is struggling to play for long periods. Hence the absence of gigs. But you will hopefully be pleased to know we’ve started work on songs for the next album. Winter is coming. Stay warm x

We teased this a few weeks back but here she finally is. A gorgeous, kit with 13,14,16,24” shells, all in stunning condition has now been added to the studio kit list, officially available and included for recording sessions.

We’ll get some content filmed over the next couple of weeks with this kit to show you all how incredible these drums sound, the absolute epitome of rock drums.

You think these pictures look good, wait until you hear how she sounds! 😍

Only question now is, what do we call her!? Got to give her a name, right!?

Interesting morning in the studio today. A few weeks ago our client, Sean, mentioned he had hand built, DIY versions of some of the mics we have in our mic locker here at Rock Hard so today we invited Sean, and his mics, down to put them to the test.

While we have a relatively small but well curated collection of Guitar and Bass amps in house here at Rock Hard, we also work very closely with a great friend of ours and collector of all things Marshall, Fender, Orange, Mesa, Roland, Vox, Blackstar and many more.

At just a few hours notice, any of these gorgeous amps/cabs can be dropped off at the studio for your sessions (*for a small fee*).

Another thanks to and this morning for sorting us out with 12, new Vocal Mics.

These mics will be replacing the current mics in our rehearsal suites, Seriously pro end vocal mics, a massive upgrade that will result in increased reliability, better feedback rejection and clearer vocals!
