We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as an events executive. We hold a number of events and conferences each year both virtual and in person. Some experience is required within events but you will be working alongside our marketing director.

The role involves:

Events
• To liaise with an education director to decide on speakers and then manage the speaker booking process, from contracts to logistics.

To organise all aspects of the event either with the venue, or on the virtual platform

• To process all delegate bookings, and to communicate details with delegates during the pre-planning, and also organise all delegates on the day of each event

• To manage booked exhibitors to ensure they are aware of all organisation, and to chase for any outstanding details

• To be available to help delegates, exhibitors and speakers technically during virtual events

• To organise webinars, including liaising with sponsors, communicating with all delegates, and host the webinar on the evening

Marketing - there is opportunity to support the marketing director with these tasks in the future
• To assist in marketing events across the board to the correct database

• To assist in social media promotion for each event

• To assist in identifying new marketing opportunities for event
