Where do we start?! This year, our first full one, has been a pretty stellar time for The Bish. We have met, interviewed and photographed the loveliest people. From the one-man bands to the big wigs who make up this town we’re lucky enough to call home. We’ve loved every minute of bringing the magazine together for you, and learned so much. The reception we get every time we’ve ‘gone Bishing’ - from our regular stockist deliveries to events like the Christmas Fayre, is heartwarming. We really hope we’ve managed to spread the word and the joy about the important and the lovely, and as ever we always welcome your feedback. We can’t wait to be back in January and so for now we’d like to thank our generous advertisers, who keep us going, as well as our lovely stockists and collaborators, to whom we are indebted. You are incredible.

With much fanfare, we are delighted to announce the winner of The Bish’ photography competition as Sophia Spurgin, aka . You’ll be able to see more of Sophia’s incredible work gracing the cover and inside pages of our next issue. The vote was almost unanimous and we couldn’t be more delighted to champion another creative from our lovely town. Sophia is, of course, a member of the - if you’re interested in shutter speeds and such like, they are your people.

The Bish studio is now closed until 3rd January but we’d like to thank all of the lovely people we’ve met since we launched in September - your likes, follows and comments have meant so much to us.
