A Testimony...
I was posting some leaflets around Ladywood houses.
There was an elderly Jamaican man sitting on his wall of the front garden.
His head was hung low, looking down on the paving.
I offered him a leaflet.
He looked up at me.
He looked so sad. He asked "what is it about man".
I said it was a Christian leaflet. No thanks he replied.
I started to talk to him, I asked him if he were ok. "How are you doing I asked".
He came out with "man I don't believe in God, my dad was a pastor in Jamaica.
I know all about it. No sir me don't want God".

After listening to his story it was all because his dad beat him up with the Bible.
He said his powerful Pastor dad had little time for him and his own family as he was too busy ministering to others. He showed little attention to his own family.

Leroy was in his 80's now.

I prayed during my listening to Leroy, "Lord how can i reach him, touch his heart Lord. Please give me what to say".

Inspired by the Holy Spirit I began to share how Jesus cares about him personally. How Jesus saw his childhood. How Jesus understands his bitterness and un forgiveness toward his dad.

I shared how he can be free from all that hurt by turning to Jesus Himself who did him no wrong.
Who cares deeply about him.
I asked Leroy who by now has tears in his eyes if he would just come to Jesus just as he was and get free.
Leroy, looking at me said his own prayer putting his own heart and life into to hands of Jesus.
As Leroy prayed his skin colour seemed to change.
He had life come into him.

Leroy got born again.

Wow praise God. Just giving out leaflets door to door opens up opportunities to bring some one to Jesus.

Thank You Father for Leroy who is now with You.

Seeing through the eyes of God.

When you see just one precious soul before you.
Realise that God wants to reach that ONE PRECIOUS soul for Jesus through You.

That one precious soul won for Jesus could be used by God to reach the billions of souls that you could never have chance to reach and that you are a part of an incredible miraculous ministry in Christ Jesus.

Be forever grateful for every soul won for HIM.

Looking through the eyes of our Father in His Son and His incredible love to reach ALL MANKIND.

Just ONE SOUL at a time for Jesus.

Prayers answered.
On Monday, straight after the every day prayer meetings we have, "A Call to Pray", Zoom and prayer meeting we had at the Church building.
God answered our prayer for a divine appointment.
As soon as I went out of the building the Imam of the Mosque nearby called me to speak to him at the Church fence.
There was clearly an openness to share with him, I told him how God asked me to go and pray for a another leader of a Mosque who lived by me and he allowed me to pray for him on his own doorstep.
He knew God touched him.
He had tests and it was proved he was healed of terminal cancer by the simple but powerful prayer in the name of Jesus and that Jesus is coming soon and all of us will bow down to Him.
He heard what was spoken in Love.
We had a conversation as he was so open and listened instead of debating.
He nodded, said yes and walked away smiling.
It was something so special to just share and sow seeds into his life and see a leader of a Mosque relate like that.
We had a team of us praying on the streets and ministering to those around us.

God is answering our prayers.

Perfect love casts out ALL FEAR.

Thanks be to God for answered prayers.

There is a harvest of souls awaiting.
Praise God.

To be led by the Holy Spirit can lead also to some out of your depth encounters and divine appointments.....

One Sunday evening i had a call from a dear elderly sister in the Lord asking me to take her to any meeting that i was going to. I had not planned to go out that night but all the same i went over to Lil's care home and picked her up.
As i drove off i prayed "Lord where do you want us to be tonight".
We were already in Blackheath so we headed towards Halesowen. I had Zion or Chawn Hill Church meeting in my heart. We got to a traffic island the choice had to be made. I was inspired by the Spirit by the sign Lye. That was heading towards Chawn Hill. We drove on all the while Lil was chatting away, i was half listening to Lil but was being also open to the promptings of the Spirit.. We came to Lye High Street. Just about to drive past Christ Church on our right. "Here, go in here", said the Holy Spirit. What i thought it's Anglican, we need a Pentecostal meeting, the gifts flowing etc it looked as though there was no meeting on. Lil said are you sure we should go in. We went in and to our shock the sanctuary was full of Vicars and a senior ranking Bishop taking the meeting. We were just about to turn around and quietly sneak out when the Arch Bishop spotted us. " Do come and sit with us we have just been praying that the Lord would speak to us tonight, your the man".
Surprised and now amazed and shocked Lil and i sat near the back and began to listen to what was going on in that meeting.
Now i was seriously praying to God asking what the heck was going on and what am i to say.
"Just listen", the Holy Spirit spoke inwardly into my spirit.
The meeting was about joining the Methodist denomination with the Church of England. We just happened to be available for the Holy Spirit to use. We were passing by as all these Vicars and clergy and Arch Bishop prayed that the Lord would send them His independent messenger who would have no bias or agenda to influence the meeting or decision either for or against the merging of the two denominations.
After half hour discussion from various Vicars etc. I was called forward to address the meeting. As i stood in front of them all i humbled myself and prayed openly that the Lord would reveal His heart to all who would hear His voice.
The Lord spoke through me using Ephesians how the Lord is gathering all things unto Himself and there is already One Body Christ Himself being the Head of His Church.
I shared about the Lord requires us to have no distinctions between us all. No denomination or names over meeting places matter. Only Jesus is the Head and He wants barriers to come down, walls to come down. Structure and hierarchy to be set aside and let Him build His Church according to His Spirit leading each assembly and locational gathering of His people independent of man's control. The Spirit insists on being Lord over the meetings and people of God.
I then sat down.
Some cheered, some were in shock at what they just heard.
The Bishop stood up and gave thanks and closed in prayer.
Yes being led by the Holy Spirit definitely takes us out of our comfort zone.
But amazing things happen when we open up to Him.
Exciting but challenging days we are in.
Come Lord Jesus.
Be Lord of YOUR CHURCH.
