“Where did you get those boots?”
“HOW is your hair that bright?”
“And where can I find something like that for a wedding I’m going to?”
I get asked these at almost every wedding I DJ.
And last night, at Subside Bar I got asked where I got my shirt and boots from.
So I finally wrote it all down.
I’ve put together a blog post about where I get my boots and hair dye and shirt from (yes, it's Kate's Clothing), and why I keep sending brides, bridesmaids and wedding guests to Kate’s Clothing when they want something a bit more goth/alt than the usual wedding wear.
If you’re planning an alternative wedding, going to one, or just fancy an excuse to browse stompy boots, witchy dresses, cool accessories and ridiculous hair colours, have a read:

If you’ve ever worn something from Kate’s Clothing to a wedding (or you’re now tempted to), drop a pic in the comments – I fully support weddings doubling as low-key alt fashion parades. 💀🖤
Looking for alternative wedding clothing? From goth/alt dresses and stompy boots to statement accessories, vibrant Manic Panic hair dye and makeup, here’s why I keep sending brides, grooms, and guests to Kate’s Clothing.
