While the news channel has numerous affiliates, CNI primarily SEND NEWS from its headquarters at the CNI Center in BIRMINGHAM, KARACHI,LAHORE,ISLAMABAD,PESHAWAR , in MIRPUR, AND MUZAFARABAD AJK.
