This trio of kitties love nothing more than putting their best paw forward and exploring the great outdoors. 🐾

Adventure cats Mike, Betty and Harrison from Okanagan, Canada, spend their days hiking, sledging, and kayaking in the incredible areas around their home town and nearby mountains. 🏔️

Their owners Stephanie Ketterer, and her husband Landon, have splashed out on an impressive wardrobe for their adrenaline loving pets! 🐱

The stay at home cat mum said: “They love to smell all the nature around them and climb every tree we walk past. I love how curious they are, it’s important to me that they get lots of fresh air. 🌿

A goldfish has undergone surgery to fix his broken jaw using PAPERCLIPS. 🖇️

Stephen the greedy goldfish ran into trouble when he bit off more than he could chew attempting to eat a his tankmate. 😲

Owner Shona Hingston, returned home to find Stephen in distress with only the catfish's tail sticking out of his mouth. 🐟

Luckily Shona, a peripatetic veterinary surgeon, flew into action cutting Stephen's throat to remove the Cory catfish - who amazingly survived the ordeal. 👏🏼

Md Muntazir, 22, took these pictures at a pond near his village which are filled with Indian toads. 🐸

Photographer Md, from Jharkhand, India, took these pictures as a toad appeared to be yawning and stretching but as Md zoomed in closer, he realised the toad was actually shedding its skin. 😲

Md explained: "I saw this toad sitting calmly on a wet clay dump in water and I assumed that it was taking in the sunlight to heat up its body. ☀️

A mother jackal has braved crocodile-infested waters to sn**ch an enormous dinner for her four hungry pups. 🐟

Photographer Indraneel Dani, watched as the jackal nervously eyed up the waters of the Totladoh Dam in Pench National Park. 🇮🇳

After leaving her nearby den, where her pups were tucked away, the jackal prepared to dash across the deep waters which are full of crocodiles. 🐊

Adjusting to no longer being the center of attention can be tough for any dog, but Hinckley, a Golden Retriever, doesn’t see it that way. He adores his new baby brother, Theodore Parks, from Boston, US. 🇺🇸

When Theodore first came home, Hinckley thought he was a new toy that his mom, Whitney, had brought for him to play with. However, he quickly realized that Theodore was here to stay. 👶🏻

Now, Hinckley never leaves Theodore’s side. They snooze, cuddle, and eat together, and Hinckley eagerly joins in on everything Theodore does, proving that dogs truly are man’s best friend. 🐾
