Title: A Trance Odyssey at Trance Sanctuary: Kearnage London: A Night of Pure Bliss!

I recently had the pleasure of attending the annual Trance Sanctuary event featuring the legendary Bryan Kearney, alongside Cold Blue, David Forbes, and Allen Watts. The night unfolded at a venue that seemed almost tailor-made for a trance gathering, creating an atmosphere that was nothing short of magical.

Bryan Kearney, the headliner, delivered a set that showcased his mastery of the craft. His seamless transitions and impeccable track selection took the audience on a sonic journey, blending euphoria with raw energy. The dance floor pulsated with the beats, and Kearney's connection with the crowd was palpable. It was a testament to his status as a trance icon.
You can listen to Bryan's 7hr set here: https://soundcloud.com/bryankearney/bryan-kearney-7-hour-set-kearnage-london-2023

Cold Blue, David Forbes, Allen Watts (& every DJ in all rooms), each brought their unique flavor to the mix, contributing to a diverse sonic landscape that kept the energy levels high throughout the night. From melodic masterpieces to driving beats, the lineup catered to the varied tastes of the trance faithful.

The venue's acoustics were a dream for trance enthusiasts, allowing every note and bassline to reverberate through the crowd. For a day rave to sell out weeks in advance, the result was excellent throughout for all who made it.

A special mention must go to the UK Trance Society, who hosted the Baby Box with a stellar lineup, that catered to all in the Trance scene.
We want to add a special thanks for allowing us to open the room with a progressive set, which you can listen to here:
https://soundcloud.com/uktrancesociety/trancetunes4u-dvalin-b2b-warmup-set-trance-sanctuary-pres-kearnage-mos-london-111123
The baby box was rammed from the get-go and added an extra layer of community and camaraderie to the event. The passion and dedication of the society members were evident, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for trance enthusiasts from all walks of life. It's clear that the UK Trance Society plays a vital role in fostering a vibrant trance community.

In conclusion, we had a fantastic time attending KEARNAGE London, even with the added bonus of performing at the legendary superclub. We look forward to attending the next one, and what 2024 will bring for our admin's DJ career.

18/12/2023

A very short video, as we head closer to the dancefloor. Music played by Daxson at Transmission Netherlands 2023.

18/12/2023

Welcome to our video playlist of the first-ever Transmission in the Netherlands.
Also, our first-ever Transmission, period.
We arrived just in time for the start of Daxson's set, so let's sit down on the side, and watch with amazement!

Last track of the event with all who remained.

13/12/2023

Up to The Loft, which yes, is another room located within Ministry of Sound (& directly above the Baby Box), for another UKTS member, Missy Bebbo.
I was very surprised to hear a gorgeous orchestral trance played, but also happy at the same time.
Track: Tranzlift - Heaven's Shore (Mercurial Virus Remix) [Beyond The Stars Recordings]

12/12/2023

I still have no idea how Bryan transitioned a tech-infused Modeå tune into an uplifting one. Wizard magic for sure!

Track: KEY4050 - ID

12/12/2023

Absolutely love this techno-infused banger from Modeå, which has been played a lot in Bryan's sets.
Ministry speakers capture this excellently.

11/12/2023

As Bryan was continuing with his 7-hour open-to-close set, we hopped back in, down on the dance floor, to dance and capture more amazing music for our fans.
Track: Tony De Vit - The Dawn (Fergie Remix)
Towards the end of the video, the track being mixed in is: Humate - Love Stimulation (Trance Wax Remix)

10/12/2023

We exit from the main room and into a flow of uplifting trance in Room 103 (The Bar).
Cold Blue is on the decks, delivering excellence. WOW!

10/12/2023

We head now to the main room (The Box) and catch Bryan Kearney deep in the groove.
Filmed from the VIP Balcony overlooking the crowd.
Track: KREAM & CoCo Star - I Need A Miracle

09/12/2023

Incredibly short video, but it was so smoky in our room, that it was very difficult to capture video of our performance.
Safe to say, all future DJs in the baby box performed with no fog machines :P
Track: ZHURO - Movement [Evolve Records]

08/12/2023

A few very short videos, but we start our next playlist series with another edition of KEARNAGE London at Ministry of Sound.
To make this event even more special, we had the fantastic opportunity to open the Baby Box and play to an actual crowd of trance lovers for the UK Trance Society.
Event: Trance Sanctuary pres. KEARNAGE, Ministry of Sound, London.

28th October 2023
We had a fantastic time photographing the event (as well as dancing) at the UK Trance Society 10th Anniversary Celebration.
Was lovely to see so many familiar faces, and meet new ones too.

Because the event was so close to Halloween, some members dressed in appropriate attire for the atmosphere, whilst others went in whatever rave gear they were used to. I went a bit Disney-theme, as I had attended an exhibition before-hand, and didn't have time to change XD.

The music was excellent, the DJs did well and the crowd loved it too. Here's to the next one in April 2024.

01/12/2023

I also had to capture this beauty on video for the trance faithful.
Wonderful atmosphere at the event, mostly because it was Halloween-themed from some :)
After their Amnesia Ibiza gig, Heart & Hawk absolutely smashed it!

Our videos from this event were too distorted, so we felt it was best to just release the photo album and review instead.
Hopefully the next time we attend a Rebooted event, the sound quality will pick up better on our recording devices.

Title: A Stellar Night of Trance in Sheffield

Rating: ★★★★★

I recently had the pleasure of attending Rebooted in Sheffield, an electrifying trance event headlined by the legendary Solarstone. After a 2 week gap of events since Rong Events, we headed north to Sheffield to catch up with Craig Connelly and also watch Solarstone perform.

Due to traffic, we arrived at the venue later than planned, but we made it in time for Solarstone's set. His seamless mixing and impeccable track selection created a euphoric atmosphere that had the crowd entranced from the first beat. Highlight tracks include 'Jewel', 'Lovers', and '4Ever'.
Solarstone skillfully navigated through various sub-genres of the Pure Trance movement, delivering a diverse set that showcased his versatility as an artist.

Craig followed, and his set was an explosion of energy and emotion. Classics such as 'Time Machine', 'Headed For The Sun', and 'Other Side of the World' delivered to a pumped-up crowd who yearned for more driven trance.

In conclusion, we quite enjoyed the event, and we think any trance lovers in the UK ought to give Rebooted a try. The combination of many masterful artists, a carefully curated venue, and top-notch production made for a night that will be etched in the memories of attendees for many years.
If you have the opportunity to witness these trance titans in action, do not hesitate! Your soul will thank you for the journey.

Title: RONG Indoor Festival 2023: A Night of Transcendental Bliss

The RONG Indoor Festival 2023 was an electrifying journey through the realms of trance, annually taking place in Manchester on a night that will be etched in the hearts and souls of trance enthusiasts for years to come. With a stellar lineup featuring trance legends like Aly & Fila, Ben Gold, Joint Operations Centre, Symmetrik, Billy Gillies (Music), Shugz Music, David Rust, Key4050, Markus Schulz, Vini Vici, Daxson, Maria Healy, and Ciaran McAuley, this event promised to be a night of pure musical magic. And it certainly lived up to its promise.

Despite the washout weather, the festival began with a buzz of excitement in the air, as fans from all corners of the trance universe gathered under one roof to embark on a sonic journey like no other. Those who were mad enough attended a pre-party in the city centre earlier, but due to other commitments, we were unable to make it.

As the night unfolded, we were treated to a diverse range of trance styles and sounds, from Ciaran McAuley's uplifting gems to Joint Operations Centre's tech-enthused energy, all the way through to Vini Vici's psytrance antics. This event covered all genres and executed them perfectly.

Our highlight sets go to KEY4050, Aly & Fila and Maria Healy. All of these DJ's played the best sets I've heard in ages, so thanks to you all :)

To summarise how I felt during the UK's biggest indoor trance rave, it was an epic festival, with room for improvement.
The production, visuals, and overall atmosphere were nothing short of amazing, along with the stellar lineup that excels every single year. We thank RONG for putting on another super event.

Normally we end the review here, but many of our followers have fed back to us their experiences, and we feel it's best to state what went wrong, in the hope it's addressed for future events. From our experience, we noticed that there was no VIP queue for ticket holders, there was severe sound bleed between Rooms 2 & 3, and the VIP area was too far from the main room.

Suggestions to improve future events are:
To have a raised side-view platform for VIP ticket holders, if the balcony is out of action.
To have a fast-track VIP queue that connects to the cloakroom of the venue.
To have 'future-talent' DJs host a room or stage.

Our reviews are not meant to be taken negatively towards a brand or music event. They are meant to represent how we felt an event went from our experience and deliver the best photos and/or video too.

We have been attending RONG's signature Manchester event for a number of years, and we do enjoy going. It's an event that brings together so many of our friends and people who travel from all over the world, to experience the best of the UK's Trance scene.
We look forward to 2024 and the future years, including their new adventures in Malta. :)

22/11/2023

Last video from RONG for 2023.
We'll be back with more content from the UKTS event, which happened on the 28th October.
Sadly all of our videos from Rebooted Sheffield (21/10) came out distorted, so we'll just release the photo album and review instead.
Next lot of videos from us will be from Trance Sanctuary pres. KEARNAGE (Nov 11), so stay tuned for those. :)

22/11/2023

Into room 2 for Symmetrik. After a stellar performance that we really enjoyed at Ministry last week, I wanted to see what they had planned for RONG.

22/11/2023

Billy Gillies hammering out the football chant of the decade, Free From Desire :P

21/11/2023

Last one from Will, and ending with the banger from Creamfields, we' freestylin'.
This needs a release!

21/11/2023

Love this track. So energetic from Will :)
