My name is Annabelle Attwood, and I am reaching out for your support to help my son, Dominic, achieve something we’ve long dreamed of – the freedom to walk.

Dominic has been severely disabled since birth due to low muscle tone and club feet. After years of challenges, we’ve finally received a lifeline. A world-leading specialist has agreed to perform life-changing surgery on Dominic’s knees and feet, giving him the incredible opportunity to walk for the very first time. This operation will grant Dominic the independence he deserves, freeing him from his wheelchair and transforming his life.
