Day 20 {28 Days of Kindness}: Prompt idea #20: Jump for joy with loved ones! I went on the trampoline for the first time in forever, i’d forgotten how fun it was.Big Al got me on the giant jumping pillow at our local soft play centre over the weekend; and the last time I remember being on one must’ve been when I was a kid myself! 😅 I hadn’t had so much fun in ages and who knew that jumping for joy would bring so much laughter together! 🤣💖👧🏻🌈Happiest International Day of Happiness to you all 💙A little kindness makes the world a brighter place.✌️

I is for ICE SKATING…..
And we’re quickly skating into the 9th of December….. ⛸❄️
Our Alice Bunny loves to go skating, across the ice;
It may be rather baltic outside, but it’s just so nice.
A good sense of balance is a must, to stay upright;
wibbley-wobbley we go, we might tumble and fall,
And we just can’t seem to get the hang of it all….
But that’s OK, it’s part of all the holly, jolly Christmas fun!
Illustrating for Christmas is something that I really enjoy; and I must admit, fitting this countdown along with freelance work and motherhood hasn’t been easy this year but I’m still determined to DO this illustrative countdown with you! – some of you have suggested creating an A-Z Christmas kids book, LOVE that thought!

Today's activity challenge is to touch your toes without bending your knees. This stretching exercise is good for the hamstring and the lower back. It releases hamstring tension, flexes the spine, and improves the motion of hips.

Today's challenge is to do the tree pose with our Sunny Cat for 1 minute (a tricky one, but you can do it!) while trying to keep your balance like Olympic gymnasts 🙆♀️
The tree pose is a fantastic way for your child to develop their balance skills.

Day 3’s #alicesummerofsports activity idea!
Today's activity challenge is to do 20 super star jumps! 🌟
Alice's Tip: To do a super star jump, stand tall with your arms by your side and knees slightly bent. Jump up, extending your arms and legs out into a shining star shape in the air – make sure you stretch! (And reach for the stars!)
Pretty simple and fun, right?
Why not play some music while you do so for extra fun and why not get the whole family involved? 🙌

Day 2’s Activity 🚀 - Alice’s challenge for the day is to do 10 hops on each leg while trying to keep your balance like proper good Olympic gymnasts. Don’t forget to swap and change legs too!
