A day in the Cotswolds is always a good day, right?

But it’s even better when you’ve got something warm and sweet to keep you going on those crisp winter walks.

A few weeks ago, the lovely team at reached out and asked if I’d like to join their campaign for Hot Chocolate Day—and, of course, I said yes!

I don’t usually promote products, but only because I believe in sharing things that genuinely mean something to me. And Miles? Well, they’re a Somerset-based, family-run business with a long-standing reputation for incredible teas, coffees, and, of course, hot chocolate.

I actually first discovered them through my work with , and it was love at first sip!

So here I am, wandering through a gorgeous Cotswold village, wrapped up warm with my Miles hot chocolate in hand.

Fancy getting your hands on some too?

Head over to and join their giveaway.

Magic moments in Dunster Village. ❤️

You all know how much I love Dunster Village, and of course, villages and Somerset have my heart too! 🙈

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll remember that just under 2 months ago, I started helping Yarn Market Hotel with their social media. ❤️ And honestly, my love for Dunster has only grown stronger since!

What makes Dunster special is the sense of community—everyone feels like family. The people are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready with a smile.

Recently, I’ve had some great conversations with locals about the importance of social media for businesses and how they can grow in this digital age. It’s clear that a lot of small businesses are unsure about diving into social media and could use a hand to get started.

That’s where I want to help! If you know of a business in the area that could use a little social media boost, let me know! I’d love to feature them on my page and help them grow their online presence. Let’s give these amazing local businesses the visibility they deserve!

Are there things you regret not doing?

I have a few regrets, mostly about the things I delayed or postponed. I’ve always felt the need to do more, to create change around me.

Since my diagnosis last year, everything changed dramatically. I’ve started seeing life through a new lens.

I regret saying “no” to some opportunities, and I regret not traveling more when I had the chance.

But now, I’m ready to be more open and say “yes” to things that push me out of my comfort zone.

That’s why I’ve decided to get more involved in the events happening at .

I want to take part in experiences that will bring more joy to you.

So, I invite you to join me at the upcoming events in Dunster—whether it’s walking breaks, Christmas celebrations, or music events, let’s embark on this new adventure together.

Message me or leave a comment below if you’d like more information about the events.

Last year, I had the chance to walk through the villages and churches of Somerset and Exmoor, and honestly, it was an experience that stayed with me.

Every step felt like a journey through time, discovering hidden gems in quiet corners of the countryside.

That’s why I’m so excited to be part of next year’s Exmoor Villages & Churches Break at the Yarn Market Hotel in Dunster. 🌿✨

This isn’t just a trip; it’s about reconnecting with the beauty and history of these places.

There’s something special about exploring these villages and standing in churches that have been around for centuries.

I can’t wait to do it all over again, and I’d love for you to join me.

Let’s create new memories together in February 2025! 🌾🏰

For details, please drop me a DM and I will provide more information about his amazing experience. ❤️🙏

Ebrington Village holds a special place in my heart.

It was one of the very first villages I visited when I began my journey of documenting hidden gems across the countryside.

From the moment I stepped into Ebrington’s peaceful streets, with its honey-colored cottages and rolling green hills, I knew it was something truly magical.

One of my fondest memories is settling into the cozy Ebrington Arms, enjoying a hearty meal while the warmth of the fireplace added to the village’s charm.

It was here that I realized how each village has its own story, waiting to be told.

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share three photos of myself with you all ❤️

I feel that I have been a bit absent here lately (not been in touch too much and barely posted ) and that is because my health hasn't been the best.

I'm trying to stay positive, but it's tough when you're not feeling well.

The good news is that I've been keeping up with my daily outdoor walks and 10 minutes of indoor exercises.

Every day is a new beginning, right?

Happy Friday, everyone! ❤️❤️❤️

It’s been a while since my last trip to The Cotswolds, and I’m really starting to miss it.

Back in May, I had the chance to explore Broad Campden, and it reminded me of the countless weekends I spent wandering through the charming villages of this beautiful area.

The Cotswolds became such a big part of my journey as a content creator, and I’m grateful for how it shaped my path.

As I reflect on those memories, I’m considering planning a short trip back to rediscover some hidden gems.

Any suggestions on where I should visit next?

Oh, and today marks a special day—I’m excited to share that I’ve just become a moderator for ! 🎉

Be sure to give them a follow; they’re a fantastic community celebrating all things Cotswolds. ❤️

Day 7 - The most wonderful day so far ❤️🙏

Today, something truly beautiful happened to me. I had the privilege of meeting two incredible individuals who shared their wisdom about life. I'm looking forward to sharing more about this in a story.

Thank you for your encouragement. I feel blessed and grateful for your presence in my life. ❤️❤️❤️

Alone. For 9 days.

✅ Heavy backpack
✅ Scared
✅ A little bit dizzy. Raised pulse

But...proud of myself.

I made it to the START.

I cannot promise to myself I will finish this.
But I promise to myself that I WILL TRY ❤️🙏.

I will do my best to raise awareness about the impact of loneliness on cancer patients.

And to tell them : YOU ARE NOT ALONE! ❤️

I am not in a good form, and I cannot walk or walk for a long time.” 😐

This was the story I kept repeating to myself in the last couple of months.

And still… this week I tried.
More than usual. 🙏
To go outside every day.
And move more.
And to raise awareness of Mental Health Awareness Week.

As you’ll see in my latest photo, I’ve been more active this week than usual.

🏃‍♀️‍➡️ My fitness levels aren’t what they were a year ago, and I feel that, both physically and mentally.

When I don’t move, I feel down and lack energy.

This is why, here on , I will always encourage you to go for a walk, even if it’s just around your house or area.

Moving is crucial.

It helps you get out of your head and breathe.

My healing journey is ongoing, and I draw inspiration from people like Victoria and Michael when I see their dedication for discovering the outdoors.

Keep moving, keep exploring, and take care of your mental health.

Oh, I don’t wanna end this caption before I mention my shoes from . They were very comfortable today and this week in London.🙏

I believe in beauty,
In silence,
And love.

I believe in kindness,
And freedom,
From above.

In the quiet moments,
Where whispers dwell,
Love’s gentle touch,
A story to tell.

Kindness unfolds,
In every small deed,
Freedom takes flight,
In hearts that are freed.

I believe in beauty,
In silence,
And love.

I believe in kindness,
And freedom,
A gift from above.

Warm light in Biddestone Village ❤️

How was your Sunday?

Thank you to everyone for your warm wishes. I received numerous encouraging messages, and I’m grateful for each one.

Unfortunately, my situation hasn’t improved. I’m still experiencing a lot of pain, and it seems the painkillers are no longer effective.

I definitely need to start contacting doctors again since enduring this pain isn’t normal. 🙈😐

My content here on Instagram has changed quite a bit. I’ve begun sharing more about my healing journey and the health challenges I face.

I understand that many of you are looking for different content on Instagram, and it’s completely normal if what I post no longer resonates with you. 🙏

Life, I believe, changes dramatically for some of us, and consequently, so does the content we share here.

I won’t pretend otherwise.

I’m not here to share only the rosy aspects of my life.

Instead, I want to inspire you to find joy in every little thing you do, from your travels to your hobbies and passions.

So, I want to express my gratitude to you—the ones who are still here. 🙏❤️

Every day. And thank you for all your love.

Are you struggling to express your feelings lately? Do you find yourself constantly overwhelmed with a flood of thoughts and emotions?

If so, you're not alone.

I too found myself in this situation last year and decided to take action.

Writing down my thoughts and feelings in a journal has been incredibly beneficial for me. It has helped me create more structure in my mind and allowed me to better process my emotions.

If you're interested in getting a journal for yourself or a friend, I have designed a type of journal that I am currently selling on Amazon.
