👉🏾They want updates on our company events ✅

Let me put it this way are you turning heads? 🙃

You have two options:

1️⃣ Do nothing, be a plain vanilla business owner
My head will not be turned 🙂

2️⃣ Take social media by the balls, create spicy content and show what your business has allowed you to do
My head has turned 180 degrees 🙃

If you're not using it as part of your overall strategy, you are missing out on some of the best opportunities to build your brand and connect with your customers

Meaning you can create spicy content that your customers will die for 😘

I know it can be hard to find the time in your day to dedicate to social media, but if you really want success in business, you need to make sure that you are maximising its benefits.

Think about all the things you could be doing with that time!

You could be working on your next big project or catching up on sleep—either one will help you feel more energised when it comes time for work tomorrow morning.

Why do you trust brands you like?

👉🏾 Because they're reliable.

👉🏾 Because they know what they're doing, and they show it.

👉🏾 Because when a brand makes a promise, you can count on them to deliver—and that's a quality you can't find in many places these days.

👉🏾 Because they take accountability - holding their hands up when the f*ck up.

So let me ask you this, are you doing these points above? 👀

Yes or no.

✅ If answered yes - you're a badass boss who is taking ownership of your customers.

You are showing up with ease and confidence and being real with your customers.

❌ If answered no - you're hiding behind the screen like a crypto bot sliding into your DMS.

You can certainly build trust with your customers. It's not as difficult as you may think and guess what... you can still focus on other areas of your business or clock off at 5 pm.

It's also about being human 💃🏾, and not just the faceless corporation that makes up half of your friends' social media feeds but the person who's actually running the company behind the scenes.

It's about knowing that there are real people behind all of those products and services that make your life easier, more enjoyable, or more productive than it was before.

And when do those people show up in your newsfeeds or emails with updates on their latest project or product launch?

That's when you really get excited to see what's next for them!

The internet has everything you need to learn.

You can learn about how to make a cake 🎂, how to play the guitar 🎸, or even how to make yourself more attractive.

👉🏾 The only thing holding most of us back from learning new things is our own fear of failure.

You see, many people believe that learning something new can be difficult and scary because they associate it with failure. But this misconception stems from an underlying belief that we are not good enough or smart enough to learn anything new.

But when you look at the evidence, you will find that learning new things actually makes us smarter and more capable individuals.

So if you have ever wanted to learn something new but felt like you couldn't do it because you weren't smart enough… well, now's your chance!

You are a business owner therefore you choose your hours and days 👀.

No one can tell you differently. Make money work for you 💷

3️⃣ You can work from anywhere (as long as you have internet), or have a building (be proud of that building)

Even if you cannot work from home, be proud of where you can work.

Because it is something, appreciate it and enjoy it 💃🏾.

You have the ability to change that.

4️⃣ No need to sit at a desk pushing paper

You have created/started this business for a reason 🙋🏾‍♀️. To make a change in your life so do it.

Put the work in, work on your goals every day to achieve them.

5️⃣ Amazing benefits - flexible working makes healthy people happy

You will feel so much happier within yourself and mentally 🌿.

Just imagine you have a lie-in, go to the gym, take up a sport, spend time with family and friends.

You can do it!

I'm going to be straight with you, it takes time ⏰. Sometimes years but it is all worth it in the end. Why? Because you have a community that trusts, resonates & BELIEVES in YOU 🫵🏾

I feel that a lot of brands just believe that they can just say they have a community behind them but reality is they haven't. 😳

Yeah you may have people liking, commenting, sharing whatever but that doesn't mean your content & you are resonating? 🧐

Right? 🧐

I want to follow people because they somehow 😱 resonate with ME 👀. They somehow understand my feelings towards certain things etc 🥺.

The tip here is RESONATING 👂🏾, I repeat RESONATING 👂🏾.

If you are not doing this in some way, your customers cannot relate to you outside of your business.

FACTS 🙋🏾‍♀️

Okay, but take a step back and ask yourself 🙋🏾‍♀️

Listening 👂🏾 to your customers is so crucial that without listening to them, then there is no point in having biz. 👎🏾

No one wants that, so listen to them and implement it. This is a two-way street 🔂 so ensuring you are doing this regularly is key. 🔑

It's soooo hard setting & running your biz especially on your own.

But social media is here to help you 🧐, I know what you're thinking. How the hell can it help me, it's the bane of my life. No sis, social media has limitless opportunities to help you exceed. Mainly for free 😳

Set yourself limits on social media - even if its logging out by 9pm every night.

Not looking at your phone in the morning until you need to? This is really hard and even I'm in the process still of accomplishing this. But I know that you will feel so much more grounded once you do the habit.

Don't forget a habit can form in 21-28 days which isn't long at all 🧐.

Do something for you! Whatever it is, reading, sport, activity or something do it for you at least once a week!

I know that means you're not working but in the long run, your clients will understand and accept you for taking time for yourself.

No one else can change you... APART FROM YOU SIS 😘

Organic vs Paid Strategies for Growth 🧐

You can increase your reach & audience by:
1️⃣ Organically
2️⃣ Paid Ads

It all depends on your budget 💷 (if you're reading this and thinking I am not made of money, don't worry! I got you). A mixture of both can help reach your maximum potential. 📈

Organic Growth:
👉 Sharing your content on relevant Facebook groups.
👉 Following & engaging with your target customers on Instagram & Facebook everyday.
👉 Make connections with your target customers on LinkedIn & share relevant content.

Paid Growth:
👉 Create an Ad (though Ads Manager). Define your target audience, location & spend. The platform will then push your content out to these people.
👉 Only use Paid Ads when necessary as you will not see a ROI & be a waste of your time. (We don't have money or time to waste so use this when you feel it is right).
