Prioritising your health isn’t just a phase or a trend, it’s something you should invest in all year round; even more so when we approach the colder and darker months.

Remember it doesn’t need to be over-complicated, you just need to ensure that you’re doing the essentials I.e., drinking plenty of water, sleeping 7-9 hours, moving your body, getting some daylight & eating whole foods. Anything else is a bonus when things get busy✨

My names Terena and I began my healing journey after years of ill health, not getting answers and misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis. I felt mentally, emotionally and physically depleted. I didn’t want to constantly feel the way I did and knew that I wanted to find the root cause, treat that and work my way up to become the best version of myself✨
My journey made me look at every area of my life and make changes. It’s been hard but SO worth it. I can definitely say I am a different person to where I was 8 years ago. I wish I could tell my 24 year old self don’t worry, it’s a journey you have to go through to get where you need to be.✨
After years of studying and trying various holistic therapies which have changed my life, I knew that I wanted to share what I’ve learnt and help others. I know how frustrating and disheartening it can be to have no control over your health. Your health is your wealth✨

Morning Non-negotiables✨
A morning routine is SO important for me, to make sure I’m taking care of myself physically and mentally as well as emotionally. I find when I have a routine this is when I feel my best and am also most productive.
My morning non-negotiables are:
✨hydrate - water upon rising is essential to flush out all the toxins your body will have accumulated from detoxing throughout the night.
✨skincare routine - having an AM and PM routine is a must, to ensure your skin is getting exactly what it needs to look and feel it’s best.
✨daily supplements - I take a multivitamin, omegas and vitamin D3 with K2 to ensure my body is getting what it needs. Taking a daily supplement is something worth considering as we do not get all of the nutrients, vitamins and minerals our bodies need through our diet.
✨fresh celery juice - I make enough for 2 days so I’m not having to make it every day cos who has time for that? I’m also in my dressing gown so you know it’s real 😉
✨honey, lemon, ginger, turmeric & hot water - OG remedy for inflammation and to flush out toxicity within the body, as well as boosting the immune system.
✨breakfast - atm I am going through a phase of low sugar granola (always check the sugar content in granola when purchasing as some are HIGH), alpro high protein yogurt, fruit, sunflower seeds and chia seeds.
✨15 mins reading - currently reading the magic in the mornings to get myself motivated and into a good headspace.
✨journal and plan my day - essential or I’m running around like a headless chicken and I like to be productive and feel accomplished with my day.
